Inquiry. Is it ok to put a common acronym that would normally contain said symbol such as "MP3"? But if you input it in as an acronym it would not contain said symbol?

Basically what I am saying is that an acronym may contain it but by putting it in acronym form you avoid using it. Just asking if this is ok?

It is tricky at first to construct words into a way that avoids "yii" and still say anything substantial, but with a good vocabulary it can work. Still it is a pain constantly having to stop and think of synonyms for words.
