Problem Details: For osu! standard, the mouse is really driving me insane. I can't describe it perfectly, but it is normal for about 5 seconds, and then it becomes slow, and then normal again. It keeps going like that. It's hard to explain, but help would be much appreciated. I have tried the frame limiter, but that doesn't do anything. If you could help me, that would be great. Thank you!
