Just a few things quickly I wanted to point out

You could make things easy and just grab mp3 and offset from monstrata's set

Your map is kinda unbalanced since it's not that difficult apart from those streams even though it's 5,6* so it's kinda weird to have parts like this 01:04:504 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1) - so heavily undermapped
You've ignored a lot of rhythms in other places too like 00:15:533 (1,2) -
00:16:456 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) -
00:41:840 (3) - (like come on at least make this a 1/4 repeat)
00:42:302 (1,1) -
00:49:687 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - you could use a lot bigger jumps ._. If this was a well balanced map with streams and jumps this would easily be a 6* map
01:00:302 -
01:20:119 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - you could make jumps with the 1/4 slides in your streams so they would be more interesting and less linear

00:17:379 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4) - your rhythm choices are also kinda boring as it's pretty much 2 circles + slider all over the map unless you do streams

So yeah maybe you could look at monstrata's set for reference and see if you can get any nice ideas

This map doesn't have great flow so that's something that needs to be worked on.
The rhythm also needs to be worked on.
You need to add kiai time.
The stream section is riddled with inconistent spacing and random kick sliders, a helpful shortcut when mapping is control+shift+F to convert sliders into streams.
Adding new combos (NC) should normally happen on every large white tick unless there's a change in the rhythm like going to 1/3 when it was just in 1/4.
Rule of thumb on sliders is starting the sliders on strong sounds and ending them on equally strong or weaker sounds.

00:25:225 (7) - The white tick in the middle of this slider is being completely ignored when there is a sound on it.
00:25:840 (3,4) - The end of this slider is on a strong sound and is also ending on the start of a stream, you also ignored a sound in the stream where there should've been a note.
00:30:456 (9) - Ending on a strong sound.
00:32:456 (6) - This isn't a sound on the blue tick so a kick slider doesnt make sense here, and there is a sound on the white tick after this 00:32:610 (7) - you could make 7 a repeat slider to fix that.
00:33:225 (2,5) - These are ending on strong sounds.
00:34:379 (1) - This starts on a blue tick when it should start on the red tick next to it, and it's a triple so you have to reduce how many times it repeats.
00:35:225 (6,7) - There is a sound on the red tick between these, you could make 6 a 1/2 slider and it would be fine.
00:36:148 (5,6,1) - Same thing on the red ticks in between these.
00:41:840 (3) - Should be a triple here.
00:42:302 (1) - Starting here every white tick is louder than the section before it.
00:45:994 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3) - This is super neat just wanted to point that out.

00:56:148 (1,2,3) - 3 is much louder than 1 and 2 so it should have higher spacing to reflect that into the map.
00:58:917 (1) - Ignoring a white tick in this slider.
01:00:764 (2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - These are all the same sound so there's no reasons to have sliders AND notes, the song gets louder each 1/2 so you can increase spacing and put down green timing points that make the volume of hitsounds louder.
01:16:764 (3) - There is a sound on the red tick.
01:18:302 (1,2,3) - Sounds on blue ticks.
01:27:840 (2,3,4) - Sounds on blue ticks.

The map needs a lot of work but if you keep at it I'm sure you can rank this in the future when you're more experienced : )

EDIT: I had uploaded this forgetting to test the cs(+1) and new hp(+1).. If it doesn't look too bad with hp7 then keep it there.I feel the cs should be decreased a bit(3.8-3.2)
