01:31:449 (7,1) - needs bigger spacing to emphasize downbeat [334,229] is much better place to start (1) imo Good idea

01:17:484 (7,8) - Patterns like 01:28:519 (7,8) - suit better this rhythm imo

01:50:760 (7,1) - Just personal flow I was expecting following your style: 01:50:760 (7) - ctrl + g & 01:50:932 (1) - to 68;186
In alternative, keep the 7 as it is and move 1 to around 499;24 (notice: purely personal flow)

00:39:208 (1,2) - Convert into a repeat slider maybe? It plays a bit strangely right now, because of the spacing I guess (being the circle placed in the opposite direction of the slider makes the player use the slider leniency --> he thinks it plays like 1/2 in most cases)

00:41:967 (1,2) - This one is fine instead, since the circle isn't really the opposite direction of the slider (not totally at least)

00:54:381 (1) - You kept using 8/1 to put your NC, while this one is only after 4/1. I'd remove it (the kiai is fine with using 4/1 tho, since it is more intense)

Imo, you should use same pattern of 01:16:794 (2,3,4) - for 01:11:277 (2,3) -too technically, it was for the sake of the drums, Ill keep this one

Not rankable under the new criteria (if it even goes through lol), but since this is submitted before yesterday it's exempt from those rules for 6 months, so we just have to rank it within 6 months.

Worst case scenario and it isn't ranked in 6 months I will be a disappointment to my family and we'd have to nerf Nerova's diff to actually qualify as E, and make Hikaru's diff harder to qualify as X.

But I mean within 6 months is perfectly reasonable so we don't have to worry about that I guess

SB: Flash @ 110932 (the part before the spinner) looks really weird having a flash of color then being black/white. I think it'd be better if the final sb/flash was actually black/white rather than colored.
AR spread is a bit wonky, its currently 3 > 4 > 7 > 9 > 9 > 9.2 - I think a more ideal spread would be 3 > 5 > 7 > 8.8 > 9 > 9.2 - but thats mostly personal preference.
OD spread is a bit weird as well, with normal > hard having a larger-than-normal gap (kind of like in the AR spread).
What makes your kiai section any more of a kiai section than say 01:06:794 to 01:28:863? If a BN approves, I'd just kiai the whole thing tbh because its kind of silly how it is now.
The crowd cheering sound effect is honestly too long for how often you use it, in my opinion. A shorter version of a similar hitsound would work better. The current one is about 5 seconds long which is about half the time it takes you to get to the next one, so 50% of the time between the crowd cheering is the crowd cheering...

What makes your kiai section any more of a kiai section than say 01:06:794 to 01:28:863? If a BN approves, I'd just kiai the whole thing tbh because its kind of silly how it is now.
The crowd cheering sound effect is honestly too long for how often you use it, in my opinion. A shorter version of a similar hitsound would work better. The current one is about 5 seconds long which is about half the time it takes you to get to the next one, so 50% of the time between the crowd cheering is the crowd cheering... Made it shorter

Explain the diffname? Vigilance seems like a weird word to choose for a song called "Watch Me." Perhaps you could use one of the following instead: Observer, Overseer, Hold my Beer, Whip/Nae Nae, Watch Tower, Plight "Vigilance: the action or state of keeping careful watch for possible danger or difficulties." and it's the hardest difficulty and should probably have a higher sr xd

I feel like this diff focuses too much on blankets and misses out on many good patterns because of that

Final difficulty:

Parts are overmapped? 01:07:398 (4,3) - 01:10:156 (4) - 01:12:570 (2) - 01:14:294 (3,3) - 01:16:708 (2,4,3) - 01:21:191 (4) - 01:23:605 (2) - 01:25:329 (3) - 01:26:708 (3) - 01:30:846 (3) - 01:32:225 (4) - 01:34:984 (3,2,5,7,2,5,7) - 01:40:501 (4,3) -01:43:260 (4) - 01:45:674 (2,5,7,2,5,7,2,5,7) - I can't hear anything on the musical piece to back up the use of these circles, sure you could say that you are adding to the piece with the hit sounds you are using or that it helps with the flow but single circles would really work just as well and, well, not be overmapped.
This is the same for the Another difficulty which is weird because both miss out triples at places like 01:25:588 (5,6) - ( 01:25:415 (3,4) - for another difficulty) and have chosen to just... add in triples where they're not needed instead]

Obviously the smallest of note transitions is enough reason for a circle, so I am mistaken.

Out of all the kicksliders I feel like this one 01:22:570 (3,4,5,6,7) - is the weakest has has little to no flow at all, and this one 01:45:070 (6) - looks ugly, possibly straighten it out to be similar to 01:44:725 (4) - ?

The 1/4 is there, they're just very faint feint xd

For things like 01:25:415 (3,4) - that's because it's following whatever you would call that sound that Feint always uses rather than whatever little bits are in the background since the sound is much stronger and not just one continuous noise in these parts so it makes sense for me to follow it

You can clearly hear 'hats' or 'hi-hats' as they call them in the music industry. If you want to broaden that term, feel free to use shakers. Some of them are questionable and really ~~feint~~ faint, but they are really there! Second of all, please don't play difficulties, let alone try to give feedback, when you can't play it, or don't even know what you are talking about. Thank you anyways for trying to contribute something to my difficulty.

01:13:691 (1,2) - these are too far away from each other for a 1/4 jump imo, this is done more so I suggest fixing it :X - They are! i think i fixed it, or atleast toned it down a little~

I find the spacing really too controlled by 'patterns' you want to use. That makes spacing super randomised and varied throughout, like 01:21:967 (1,2,3,4) vs 01:10:932 (1,2) vs 01:33:001 (1,2,3,4) and 01:07:312 (3,4,5,6,7) vs 01:10:070 (3,4,5,6,7) vs 01:43:174 (3,4,5,6,7) or 01:44:898 (5,6,7) vs 01:33:863 (5,6,7) vs 01:22:829 (5,6,7) - so is it supposed to be the bigger spacing? Is the spacing suppose to decrease/increase? Is it supposed to be less and slow down something?
Like how you kept 01:17:312 (5,6,7) more consistent for the parts like 01:28:346 (5,6,7) - well except for 01:39:381 (5,6,7,1) which kinda got smaller and smaller
