Good luck with the mapset, I hope to see this ranked one day.
Osu needs more eurobeat!

[General]
[Monarch's Easy Rocks!]
A pretty good Easy diff, not much to say here.
[squirrelp's Normal Rocks!]
Not a very aesthetically pleasing Normal. I think this map is going to need quite a bit more work before it's eligible for ranking. I think you use way too many straight sliders and far too few curves, just to name one issue. I think some remapping is in order.
[xChorse's Hard Rocks!]
A pretty good Hard diff, plays fairly well.
[Shiguma's Insane Rocks!]
An OK Insane, it's not so aesthetically appealing to me but I had fun playing it at least. Your map sort of reminds me of FCL's early maps when I did some short form of mentoring to him. lol
[Extra Rocks!]
An OK Extra, also not that aesthetically appealing to me but the spaced streams and jumps make it rather fun to play. There are many parts where rhythm could be improved a lot to better emphasize the song.
1) I highly recommend setting the preview point to around 01:03:281 - since this is the beginning of the chorus and arguably the catchiest and most representative part of the song. Having it at 01:12:608 - is kind of an unsatisfying anticlimax and it repeats itself way too much if you let it play in song select.
2) You could add 'super' in the tags since this is from the Super Eurobeat album series. Most other upcoming eurobeat mapsets do the same, so being able to find this mapset by searching for super eurobeat would be nice.

[Monarch's Easy Rocks!]
A pretty good Easy diff, not much to say here.
1) 00:25:589 (4) - Maybe move this a bit to the right so that it forms a straight line with 00:24:435 (2,3,4) -
2) 00:38:666 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - The circle squares you use here are rather inconsistent with the rest of the map in terms of rhythm, and it's rather difficult to see what you're trying to emphasize here. The repetition sort of emphasizes the lyrics I suppose but I think this part would be better emphasized with a mixture of cirles and holding sliders, in my opinion. Example rhythm by Bonsai: http://puu.sh/rYQe5/e776c1a75d.jpg
3) 00:45:204 (1,2) - Spacing between these is 1,33x which differs from the 1,4x you normally use. This should be an easy fix you remake the square part before this, or if not, you could try moving the square downwards a bit.
4) 00:49:435 (2,2) - If you changed the previous patterning a little bit, you could avoid this overlap.
5) You could curve 01:00:204 (1) - upwards to make the looks of the pattern and the slider 'flow' to the circle a bit better like this: http://puu.sh/rYOmm/c63e5610be.jpg
I think it would also look better because you already use a straight slider at 00:57:127 (1) - so differentiating these two would be a good idea imo, and it would also let you avoid the overlap with 00:58:666 (3,2) -

[squirrelp's Normal Rocks!]
Not a very aesthetically pleasing Normal. I think this map is going to need quite a bit more work before it's eligible for ranking. I think you use way too many straight sliders and far too few curves, just to name one issue. I think some remapping is in order.
1) 00:11:071 (1) - I'd recommend ending this spinner at 00:12:609 - instead since that would work better with the song, since there's no distinctive sound at 00:13:378 - and the recovery time after the spinner would be increased which is a better option for lower difficulties in general.
2) I also highly recommend you to lower the slider velocity of your map. SV feels way too fast for a Normal and might confuse newbies especially because you use a lot of reverse sliders that will take effort to read and follow at this SV. The gap you leave with the Easy in terms of SV is pretty huge as well (0.6->1.36) and even the Hard has lower SV than this map. I would recommend something around 1.0 SV
3) 00:16:358 (3) - Would raise this a little bit so that 00:15:589 (1,2,3) - sort of form an evenly spaced triangle.
4) 00:18:666 (1) - I would reverse this at 00:19:051 - instead because it has a sound that could be emphasized by doing that. Also it would be preferable to have a slider start at 00:20:204 - since in this section you've always had a hittable object there except for this reverse slider, so it would therefore be more consistent rhytmically.
5) 00:21:743 (1) - For this slider shape, why not try something like http://puu.sh/rYTlb/545a42f405.jpg instead? I think it looks better. You'll have to make it a bit smaller if you'll change the SV, though.
6) 00:26:358 - For this entire riff part, I think you could use more curved sliders. The way you only use straight sliders makes this part play in a pretty dull way. Curves and other patterns would make it more interesting.
7) 00:38:666 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - Your spacing is inconsistent here. It should be 1.2x like everywhere else. Also as an example for improving your aesthetics you could curve the reverse slider at 00:39:435 (3) - like this http://puu.sh/rYUib/f0298df310.jpg so you're not overusing straight sliders all the time.
8) 00:46:743 (1,2,3) - Another place where you could curve more sliders to make it look better and not as repetitive all around the map.
9) 00:50:012 (2) - This slider looks pretty awkward. Why not do a bit of symmetry and just use the mirror shape of 00:48:474 (2) - instead?
10) 00:51:551 (3,4) - It sounds, feels and emphasizes the song better if you replace these with a beat-long slider instead, starting from 00:51:551 - and ending at 00:51:935 -. You could also place a circle at 00:52:127 - if you want to.
11) 00:52:320 (1,2) - There is a prominent vocal sound at 00:53:089 - that I think should be clickable rather than the end of a slider, so I'd recommend a rhythm like this instead: http://puu.sh/rYUN6/8eda9373e1.jpg as it will allow you to emphasize that vocal better.
12) 01:07:704 (4) - Should add a new combo here because of the vocal change and general combo length consistency.
13) 01:09:435 (1,2,3) - You could make this pattern work better if you arranged the sliders like this http://puu.sh/rYVmP/3c9e2bb889.jpg as there's now a bit more symmetry going on here (01:09:435 (1,3) - have the same shape and the angles between 01:08:858 (5,1,2) - and 01:10:012 (2,3,1) - are the same)
14) 01:14:820 (2) - In my opinion, this slider doesn't look very good because of the way you use curve points with it, I think even a single curve point would look cleaner http://puu.sh/rYVyf/738d2c4d6e.jpg so I'd at least do something about it. If you want to keep the rest of the slider straight, try adjusting the curve a bit so that it doesn't create that little bump you can see in the slider body because of the red anchor.
15) 01:15:589 - Same as 6).
16) 01:18:666 (1,2,3) - I'm not really fond of how you start randomly using rhythm like this even though you didn't do it at 00:29:435 (1,2) -. It might throw off new players so it's recommended to keep the rhythm relatively consistent between similar parts.
17) 01:23:281 (2,3,4,5,1) - The rhythm you use here also completely differs from 00:34:051 (1,2,3) - so I'd make the rhythms consistent.
18) 01:26:935 (2) - It would emphasize the music a lot better if you removed this reverse and put a half beat slider at 01:27:512 - as there's a prominent synth sound there that could be emphasized.
2) I also highly recommend you to lower the slider velocity of your map. [xChorse's Hard Rocks!]
A pretty good Hard diff, plays fairly well.
1) I would raise the HP drain a bit since right now it's the as the Normal's. Maybe something around 5.
2) 00:22:897 (5,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Think you should use 1.2x spacing here instead of 1.3x, since you've previously used 1.2x for this part of the song during the intro, and this doesn't seem more intense than those parts where you used 1.2x.
3) 00:34:051 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Why exactly do you raise spacing by 0.1x here for the rest of the riff? The song is getting less intense towards the end of the riff so it doesn't make too much sense in that regard. lol
4) 01:07:704 (6) - I would place an NC here instead of 01:08:089 (1) - because the vocal change seems to occur before the downbeat rather than after it.
5) 01:13:858 (6) - ^ Same here
6) 01:15:589 - You use a different spacing here (1.6x) than the earlier riff section at 00:26:358 - (1.5x) so I'd recommend making them consistent.
7) 01:22:897 (7) - You could use a quarter beat reverse slider here instead of two half beat circles, like at 01:18:281 (7) -
8) 01:23:281 (1) - You could replace this with a normal circle triplet like at 00:34:051 (1,2,3) - for the sake of rhythmical consistency.
2) 00:22:897 (5,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Think you should use 1.2x spacing here instead of 1.3x, since you've previously used 1.2x for this part of the song during the intro, and this doesn't seem more intense than those parts where you used 1.2x.

[Shiguma's Insane Rocks!]
An OK Insane, it's not so aesthetically appealing to me but I had fun playing it at least. Your map sort of reminds me of FCL's early maps when I did some short form of mentoring to him. lol
1) 00:15:397 (4,1) - I would avoid stacking these since you also didn't stack them at 00:21:551 (4,1) -. It's good to keep stacked objects consistent if the song is basically doing the same thing.
2) 00:20:204 (1,2,3) - The spacing you have between these differs from all other parts here such as 00:15:589 (1,2,3) - or 00:21:743 (1,2,3) - so making the spacing consistent would be a good idea, as there is no change in song intensity here while you otherwise keep it consistent in these parts. It might be a good idea to increase the spacing in the preceding parts since you also use higher spacing at 00:23:281 (1,2,3) - and there's no point in having such largely varying spacing between these parts.
3) 00:32:127 (8) - Would curve this a bit less so that it doesn't stick out so much compared to all the other curved sliders in this section.
4) 00:34:435 (5,6,7,8) - There's a difference in the song here compared to 00:32:897 (5,6,7,1) - so I'd use a different kind of rhythm. 00:34:627 - and 00:34:724 (6) - have a double sound on them as well as 00:34:916 - and 00:35:012 - so you could emphasize those parts with some fun doubles and jumps instead. The important thing is to pick up on the song change here and emphasize that somehow.
5) 00:35:974 (3,4,5,6) - ^Same here
6) 00:36:935 (1,1,2,3,4,5) - You could make this curve look a bit better like this: http://puu.sh/rZ0TO/7e827ac2c4.jpg Also raise the spacing between 00:36:935 (1,1) - to 1.2x instead of 1.1x so that the stream has consistent spacing.
7) 00:40:012 (1,2,3) - This one's rather subjective, but why not try a pattern like this, personally I think it looks somewhat nicer while still emphasizing the echo: http://puu.sh/rZ1do/110e68d89b.jpg ((4) is stacked on the slider start of (2)) or alternatively you could remake the whole pattern and replace 00:40:781 (3) - with a triplet since it has a sound that supports one instead of mapping only to the echo.
8) 00:50:974 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - I think this part would be more fun if you increased the spacing a bit more. 00:50:974 (1,2,3) - The spacing for these being so low especially feels kinda unsatisfying considering the vocal strength and everything. If you don't have enough room to do so, maybe modify the pattern a bit.
9) 01:00:204 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - You could make a better star pattern out of this by arranging these like so: http://puu.sh/rZ5vG/190c015245.jpg (note that I stacked (5) with 00:59:820 (4) -'s end point)
10) 01:03:281 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1) - I would recommend using a rhythm here where you have a slider at 01:03:858 - and 01:04:820 - (the latter one you already have) to emphasize the "ROCKS!" with, and the rest could be circles. You've done that at 01:10:204 (1,2,3,4,1) - and I think it emphasizes the song quite well like that. I'd also fix the new comboing so that 01:04:820 (1) - belongs to the previous combo and the NC is at 01:05:108 (2) - instead, because the ROCKS still belongs to that same verse line, hence an NC change isn't necessary that early. lol
11) 01:06:743 (2) - I would recommend Ctrl+G:ing this and moving it a bit lower, would flow better that way and makes it more fun to play. Then you can also move 01:07:127 (3) - a bit lower so that it's not all the way up in the upper left corner.
12) 01:09:435 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1) - Same idea here as 10)
13) 01:23:281 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Same here as 4)
14) 01:25:204 (5,6,7,8) - ^Same
15) 01:27:897 (1) - I think this spinner is rather unnecessary since I literally can't hear any sound in the song here that would make a spinner a fitting choice here, so it's basically overmapped. lol
[Extra Rocks!]
An OK Extra, also not that aesthetically appealing to me but the spaced streams and jumps make it rather fun to play. There are many parts where rhythm could be improved a lot to better emphasize the song.
1) This is only 156BPM and not such a difficult Extra, so I'd drop the AR to at least 9.2. 9.3 seems kinda overkill to me.
2) 00:16:744 (1) - Instead of having the new combo here, I would recommend moving it to 00:16:359 (6) - instead since that's where that synth sound actually starts at and removing it from 00:16:744 (1) - to properly emphasize these synths.
3) 00:22:513 (6,7) - Instead of rhythm like this, it would be recommended to keep is consistent and do it the way you did it at 00:16:359 (6,1) - since 00:22:897 - is very prominent synth sound, and prominent sounds like that should be clickable. It is quite unsatisfying not being able to click it, and players would expect that to be clickable like before, so therefore I'd also use the same kind of slider rhythm as before. Also be sure to add a new combo on 00:22:513 (6) -
4) 00:24:821 (5) - I would also recommend adding a new combo here to emphasize these synths and the slider pattern in general much better.
5) 00:30:012 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Why not emphasize those doubles here like you did at 00:26:936 (6,7,8,9) - ? They're rather fun to play, you could just add a larger jump between them to emphasize the intensity increase.
6) 00:31:551 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - ^Same here. Also I don't see the need to increase the stream spacing so much since the intensity is basically the same as 00:30:974 (1,2,3,4,5) -
7) 00:33:667 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Here you could add some more spacing rather than making the spacing increase gradually in the stream. Doing something like 00:31:551 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - here would be much more appropriate and would emphasize the song better.
8) 00:37:224 (2,3,4,5) - You could perfect this square by moving (5) a bit more to the right.
9) 00:39:243 (3,4) - Would recommend increasing the spacing between these a bit because of the vocals. Right now it seems rather low. I would also increase spacing between 00:39:627 (4,5) - because the vocals get more intense (get To THE...). Increasing spacing is a good way to emphasize song intensity, after all.
10) 00:40:012 (1,2,3,4,5) - Mapping to this echo feels really out of place because you're basically ignoring all those background instruments by doing this. It's most important to emphasize the song as well as you can, so I recommend you use a rhythm like this instead: http://puu.sh/rZ7Jo/0751136451.jpg The triplet there emphasizes that triplet sound heard in the song, and also breaks from the echo without feeling out of place. I also changed the upcoming combo (which you can see in the picture) a bit to emphasize it better due to this change.
11) 00:43:090 (8,9) - I'd increase the spacing between these since I don't think that slight blanket with the slider body is really that important. A higher spacing would feel better to play, imo.
12) 00:47:897 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - The rhythm here could also be improved to better emphasize the song. Right now, the 00:48:281 (3) - slider doesn't really emphasize any sound properly. Better places for it could be at 00:47:897 - (vocal start and a piano sound fitting for a slider) or 00:48:474 - (also another strong vocal start). The other slider at 00:49:051 (6) - right now emphasizes that piano sound, which is why it works rather well, but the other one doesn't. You could try something like this instead: http://puu.sh/rZ8P9/91cc76f7aa.jpg (you can also remove the first or second slider here if you want more circles, but having the first one there at least would emphasize the piano along with 00:49:051 (6) - quite nicely). I would've also recommended replacing 00:49:435 (1,2) - with a slider like that because it also has a piano sound, but it would mess with the star pattern. Up to you if you want to keep it or not.
13) 00:50:974 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5) - For this part, I find that a rhythm like http://puu.sh/rZ9SM/e217af31dd.jpg would emphasize the vocal rhythm a lot better. Right now, 00:52:513 (1) - is missing the strong vocal start on 00:52:320 - which feels rather awkward, and 00:53:281 (4,5) - sounds too much like it's trying to emphasize the "cra-zy" part of the vocals but they're off by a beat, so I'd rather just remove (4) and keep 00:53:666 (5) - since I can hear a higher pitch bass on that part, which the slider could emphasize.
14) 01:08:089 (7) - This slider isn't really emphasizing anything here, so I'd rather just remove it and replace it with some jumps as that would emphasize the song better here (both synth instruments and the vocals). Also it would be a good idea to place a new combo on 01:07:897 (6) - because there's a clear change in the song there. This way the combo doesn't get too long either.
15) 01:09:051 (11) - Could replace this with a circle and add a triplet starting at 01:09:243 - where 01:09:435 (1) - currently is along with a new combo, since the song supports it, and it could be a powerful entry to the next section of the chorus.
16) 01:15:589 - I'm not really fond of how this final riff section is basically a flipped version of the first one. Surely you could've come up with some more original stream patterns? If you don't plan on remapping it, I would recommend doing the same stuff I recommended for the first riff section at 5), 6) and 7) (doing more doubles instead of streams and changing the stream spacing on some streams to better match the music)
17) 01:27:224 (3,4) - I don't see any need to have a larger spacing here than at 01:26:935 (1,2) - since they're equally intense, and it might result in annoying misses right at the end. I would just make them equally spaced as 01:26:935 (1,2) -.

Good luck with the mapset, I hope to see this ranked one day.
