Why are a bunch of the fun maps so hard?

I don't know what it is like maybe it's just me but I really love to play maps that are like 6*+ simply because the challenge is so much fun and they're usually beautifully mapped, yet I can never beat these maps, sometimes not even with HT on. I'm only a 4-5.75* player

Edit: Maps like Tengaku, Uta, Yomi yori Kikoyu, Defenders, Remote Control(I can pass it regularly but still.) & other 6*+

You find these maps fun because they're challenging which means they're hard....

And if you look around, there's all kinds of fun 4* and 5* too.
