I have no idea what the correct bpm is. I think I got the offset right, also pretty sure there's more than one timing point

I was able to find the correct BPM ( I guess) But the offset seems varying a bit in some parts so I need help on making sure those offsets.

my offset is right but my bpm sounds way off, around 35-40 seconds in. if anyone could help i'd really appreciate it.

Hello, I've tried before but I need an offset check on my map (https://osu.ppy.sh/s/551049) as I've gotten many different viewpoints on the current timing. Some people think it's perfect, some late and some early, but a conclusive check would be much appreciated.
