01:01:583 (5,6,7) - I think it would be better to ignore the white tick altogether to make it clear that you would switch to map vocal in this section. Kinda similar like what you did on 00:50:673 (1,2,3) http://puu.sh/suUR2/972fc2566e.jpg.
Also, you probably should re-consider the likes of 01:08:855 (1,2) - , 01:12:492 (1,2) - , 01:23:401 (1,2) - , 01:27:037 (1,2) - , etc since it's not really clear that they're 1/4 patterns. Try to bring them closer, or modify them to have more continuous flow. for example 01:45:219 (1,2) - & 01:44:310 (3,4) -

00:36:810 - не слишком ли одиноко звучит без каких-либо звуков? тот нормалхит, что у тебя тут стоит, его вообще не слышно, и звучит это некомфортно, может звук ему прибавить? или дефолтный софт хитнормал поюзать

This difficulty needs a lot of work and polishing, kiais look pretty random, I can't see the structure there, especially in 1/4 patterns. For example, let's take 03:28:855 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - this, did you just randomly place those objects? Look at the spacing between them, not distance snap but visual spacing, do you see how is it inconsistent? And shapes are random too. I recommend you to review all your patterns like this and to try to place them more... neat? Try making some geometric figures, interesting shapes instead of randomly placing rhythms.
Also do something with your hitsounds, either make them louder or use distinguishable hitsounds as claps and normal-hitnormals more, in current state most of your map is just inaudible due to hitsounds simply mixing with the track. Or you can simply copy them from lunatic.
00:19:537 (1) - don't use such speeds in hards that make 1/4 sliders look like 1/2, it's confusing for players that are starting to play difficulties like this or even for those who played them for some time
00:26:810 (1) - here too, it's very confusing when 1/4 slider has the same length as 1/2 one, and it doesn't even look different to them
02:12:492 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6) - this part looks rather boring, you could express it much better instead of simply putting repeating circles, they'd be boring for player too. consider changing it, adding more active rhythms
02:41:128 - any reason for mapping this note? you didn't map it before, also this spacing between 02:41:014 (6,7) - is inacceptable in hard
02:54:310 (1,3) - this overlap doesn't appear appealing in this pattern, better to unstack those sliders

just feeling, the previous part is going to enter the first kiai time, and the objects before it are loose. But in the latter part, I think after a kiai time and intensive objects, it needs a little break time so I map 1/1.

To Kyubey: You've written many words, but I think these are what mappers want to map, so I kept.
"random placing" > Maybe it looks a bit random, but it's not suitable for the music? I also considered trying something geometric as you mentioned, but finally I choose to use these pattern.

and "repeating 1/1 square single circles" > I used 1/1 pattern 3 times, so it's on purpose. I think I should map so and 1/1 pattern do fit the music, not "lack of inspiration". :?

Just my opinion). Since you use hitsound sb on 01:02:037 - , might as well to just let go a note and go with beat like this >> https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7084762
unless you don't want to change that double 1/2 sliders, then the collab diff is already polished (I don't really mind the shape in this diff except the one mentioned above, flows are amazing)

- 00:33:855 (7) - what do you think of a circle here? You'd place more focus on vocals that way (and it looks like this whole green combo is focused on vocals...)
It's also similar to what you did for 00:40:673 (6) - , so yeah... consistency too
- 02:37:492 (7) - consistency ^

Hard:
- 03:34:310 (3,4,5) - I'm just a bit worried about this snap change. Due to the low AR it is a bit hard to distinguish them from a normal 1/2 imo (at least for this level). Maybe just use a repeat slider like this

General:
- I suggest to rename the bg to something that doesn't start with numbers. I know it may do nothing now but there have been problems with files starting either with numbers or non-standard unicode (mp3 files, bgs or other files inside the folder). It isn't a big change and it substantially alters nothing, just to avoid those possible problems.
