TBH I don't know as I didn't start goal setting and tracking my progression until a few months ago. I kinda regret it now.

pp didn't exist back then and when it started i didn't really make a big deal out of it and played for score. for 2000 and 3000 i just don't really remember anymore. but i sure am stuck between 3k and 4k for quite a while now. i think like nearly a year. probably the hardest range to overcome for me so far D:

I've restarted osu since Dec 2016 so it took me about two months to reach 1kpp. After that I'm not motivated enough.. I just play and get pp if I do well or not get any if I don't lol.
It took me 4 months, and I made it to 2000pp recently.
I didn't even know pp existed until around the 1500pp mark

Slowest here yet?
If it makes you feel any better, it took me almost half a year.

Why is everybody talking about how many days/months tho took instead of hours? I can say it took me more than 4 months to get it, but it was about 49 hours of playtime. I doubt that everyone plays around the same amount of hours during 4 months, so only actual playtime matters.

Yep, same thing and I just reached 1000pp like yesterday (June 12, 2018), thus it took me 4 months (I joined in February 2018)
I switched to mouse and keyboard in May 2018, three months after I joined thus making a big jump from 500pp to 900pp.

I don't know why people reply in terms of months. You're not playing every second of every month, it's more accurate and useful to answer in terms of hours. Took me about 70 hours of play to get 1000pp.

In terms of hours of playtime, I reached 1000pp in just 60 hours.
