giving this a shot since I really like the song and admire the concept behind 07' - 08' survivors collab, I think that shits cool as hell

I took the skin directly from narakucrimson's map virtually untouched since I did like the neon colors so yeah but I might remove it if it becomes a nagging issue later on.

It's 2017, time to survive?

Okay I'm actually gonna mod this hold on.

[General]
- I'm not sure True Survivors can keep its difficulty name is is? The rules state that the highest difficulty can be the only one with a custom name not indicative of the map's difficulty, and True sounds like it would be the highest difficulty.
- Insane and Insane Survivors are incredibly confusing to both have as difficulty names. I understand that Survivors means collab by reading the map description, but as cool as it is it's also completely unintuitive. Not sure of the best way to solve this, though.
- Like Okorin says, the hitcircles are slightly smaller than the authentic hitcircle size (easy to notice with how they don't cover all the white borders on the end of sliders), which really isn't good for a custom skin.
- You're also missing lighting.png in the beatmap skin, which I don't care about personally but it's a required part of the hitobject skin set according to the wiki. Eh.
- 00:48:081 has a bunch of unused timing sections in a couple of diffs (Extra and Insane Survivors) that aren't used in any diff at all. Best to get rid of them.
- Epilepsy warning is inconsistent between difficulties. I don't think it's necessary?
- Normal has widescreen storyboard support disabled for some reason.

[Crimzek's Easy]
00:58:047 (4) - This probably needs a bit of remapping. Sliders that repeat more than once should be avoided on Easy difficulties unless they're very long, since beginners are likely to get confused at the reappearing arrow.
01:00:262 (2) - This one definitely needs to be changed, it's mildly confusing even for me.

03:41:739 (1) - The end of this spinner is 1ms unsnapped and it's making my modding assistant program mad

[Insane]
00:45:967 (8,3) - Fix the stacks on the sliderends?
01:26:437 (7,8) - I feel like this is slightly too extreme for Insane, but your mileage may vary.
01:39:927 (6,7,8) - This might be a bit much even by old map standards

. If nothing else, putting an NC on (8) would make it more readable, which is probably a good thing.
03:43:551 (7,8) - I'd personally NC (7) and move these two notes a little further away.

[Insane Survivors]
- The claps all through jyvii's section (and the whistles there, to a lesser extent) sound really jarring and probably should be redone entirely.
00:54:222 (5) - This may or may not be unrankable depending on who you ask, since the loop is so crushed together. I'd probably err on the side of caution and change it.
01:25:027 (1) - Definitely unrankable. When the ball is in the middle of the loop cross-section, it's impossible to guess whether it's going to go up or down.
01:43:751 (6) - Unsnapped sliderend, woops.
02:51:806 (5) - What's up with this slider? It's a really weird shape compared to everything else in the map, and the sliderpoints suggest that it was supposed to be shaped differently at one point, so probably worth another look.
03:00:665 (4,1,2) - All of these sliders are not quite parallel with each other. Why would you do this ;_;

[True Survivor]
01:38:115 (11) - NC?
02:36:101 (11) - NC?

I dunno, I can't find anything except NCs on this diff, probably because it plays it so strangely safe compared to the other diffs (looks like an ordinary modern map to me except CS6)

[Extra Survivors]
01:28:853 (2) - This is the only 3/4 slider in the map, and while it definitely fits by modern standards, I think it'd be better to get rid of it to match the map's overall feel.
02:00:665 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Fix symmetry? The sliders and notes in the middle are very slightly unstacked.
02:35:296 (8) - NC? Also, this just looks kinda messy, honestly. Would be better if it continued the pattern and stayed in the middle of the screen.
02:55:430 (5) - NC?
03:32:074 (4), 03:33:685 (3) - It'd be amazing and authentic if you halved the speed of these two sliders. It should be rankable since this causes a slidertick to appear in the middle, and if you play it at the same speed as the other sliders you won't even break 90% of the time.

It's definitely hard to mod this map due to its particular set of objectives, but I did my best. Best of luck with this awesome set!

It's definitely hard to mod this map due to its particular set of objectives, but I did my best. Best of luck with this awesome set!
