Some small things I noticed when seeing this thread
What's the English name of the town? Please add that to tags (FYI, it's Driftveil)

While I'm at it, Hodomoe city should be removed fromtags as it's already in the title. And there is no need for commas, remove them. Also, Champion is irrelevant, it's not tha champion battle theme. Also add Pocket Monsters Pokémon to tags

Looking on the BW ost, the song is called

Remove: gamefreaks (It's spelled incorrectly) hodomoe (already in title) city (already in title) champion (completely irrelevant)

How does this background relate to the song? It's May and Milotic. May is from Hoenn, not from Unova, and Driftveil city is ground based (refer to the gym) And the duck is awkward, can you maybe make it a Ducklett (since those appear on the bridge you go on to travel to Driftveil)

man i love these maps where the only diff that the mapper mapped is the easy
Anyways, hitsounds need a LOT of work. This map should be the easiest to hitsound, since it's just a constant 1/1 stream. Have an idea for how you want the two stick hitsounds to be like and just have that consistently going through the map. It'll increase the quality of the map a LOT
For combos, it might be good to have a NC on every other large white tick. You're mostly doing that, but it's good to go through and clean it up again just for consistency sake.

Good shit I'd love to see this get cleaned up and ranked ~~and the fucking 2nd half of the hard diff would be nice to complete too~~

Remap the the second chorus, copy paste, yes it might rankable but its not good in general to do it like people would feel like a total loser when they realized
they got shitt'd on playing the exact same thing twice. like it almost feels like you ran out of budget so screwed me over with cheap tactics to save time or money whatever just an example

otherwise, this diff is very good fits the music very well
