@inkuxuan: Yes you can but you'll need to change the skin named "User" in the Skins folder.

Having issues starting after switching to Windows 10 with TeamSize = 4. The client starts up 7 windows and appears to be fine, but when the 8th loads, the 8 clients freeze and go into a restart loop with the following errors:

Two issues I found during my last session using tourney client on Saturday. I never saw either of these happen until this weekend, and my last time using the client was 2 weeks earlier, so something likely changed in that time period.
1 - I noticed several times that player positions in the lobby weren't updating until Bancho passed new information such as the map being changed or the song starting. Players were swapping in and out of slots in our tournament and they wouldn't update in the client until the song started.
2 - This specific map seemed to cause a memory leak and drove each osu! client's CPU usage up to about 20%, which means with 6 game windows active it managed to completely freeze my computer. The leak started as soon as I connected to the multiplayer match where this map was picked, and didn't go away immediately when the host changed the map until I restarted the tourney client.
I'm guessing it may have been something weird with the map because I had never seen this happen with any other map. It happened on the visualizations on the main menu, not the actual map being played, and possibly just because there is something glitchy at the start of the song. I can look into it more when I get home and see if I can find any more information.
EDIT: I'm back home and did some testing. I was able to download this map through tourney client but I was unable to download this one or this one mentioned above. (Interestingly, Purity Red was not downloaded or in a Failed folder even though I had the map in the client, albeit glitched, on Saturday.) I looked through all of the logfiles and not a single request was logged for trying to download the map, even though there was a request to download another one.
It also occurred to me that I had osu!supporter 2 weeks ago when it was working normally, and this was the first time I have used the tourney client without having supporter, so that could also be a possible cause.
Here are the logfiles from one session that included trying to download Purity Red two separate times, with a successful download of Ascension to Heaven inbetween.

Is it possible to enable combo colours in the tournament client? I've already tried

No. Some times it also appears to me. Try to move Tournament.cfg to desktop and place it back into osu folder.

Same thing that is happening to HoTTy happened to me the other day and i still happening for me right now. The tournament client just connects and then gets DC'd every second.

So as long you aren't in Tournament Staff it wont work properly.I don't believe that's the case anymore. Before it would simply say you aren't in tournament staff, now it launches but it just keeps disconnecting. I think that isn't available once the wiki didn't receive any change saying anything about it and still exists "How to get access" in wiki. And blog says maybe sooner so they're not sure about when release it. And 3months already so why it wouldn't it take more time to release it?

@Nissanwarrior69: Open up osu! normally and change the skin to "User". I will have a look into this and see if it's worth it to fix.
@KawaiiNeko: Is osu! starting up normally even with the tournament.cfg file? If you meant that it reverts changes after saving - you will have to close osu! before modifying the file.

My friend, ChewyFresh, has the same problem with launching a client. Basically, no matter if the tournament.cfg is in the provided folder, the client still running a game client. We couldn't find any solution for this, so he ended up without commentating

I did, but it wouldn't work. I just copy-pasted a .cfg file and cleared it. Then I just renamed it to "tournament".smoogipooo wrote:

im having the same problem as kawaiineko and deivedux's friend, my client was working fine and then it just randomly stopped to the point where it wouldnt even update/open. I even tried re-downloading it but it only opens game client

Make sure that the tournament.cfg file is actually tournament.cfg and not tournament.cfg.txt (as notepad will automatically save). You can check this by enabling "show file extensions in File Explorer Options: https://u-gi.me/DtF8A

I've got the problem that i have access to the tourney client, im able to open it and see the matches i have to see for my acronym. The problem is now, that i cant use my mouse in the client overlay, in the 8 screens i can use it perfectly. Therefore i cant connect to the open matches i want to commentate. I can join chats and write in them tho, since i only need keyboard commands for it. I reinstalled the tourney client already and havent found a solution for it. ( It was working before, i used this specific setup [except for the monitor] for the tourney client in 2 other tourneys already and it worked perfectly.

Edit: For whatever reason, i found a temporary solution. My hitboxes were not recognized with an height of 720 on my monitor, height of 640 did it for me tho ( even tho the hitboxes to the real boxes are moved down a little bit, but i can still click em =)

That was my problem as well. It fixed my problem when I lowered the Height of the client, so I'm using the minimum that the client can get to. It is pretty small, but at least it is working and still able to see the players playing pretty fine.Chriz wrote:

If u want to use Osu!Tourney u must be in Tournament Staff. That's all.

Is there a way to replace the total score of the teams to the average accuracy of the teams? My friends and I want to try making a Tournament with the Accuracy Win condition but it would be really helpful if we could see team's Average Accuracy instead of the score.
