First of all, set the HP Drain to 4, 5 seems a bit too much for a normal.

00:02:018 (2) - Delete this circle, rather looks and sounds like a ghost note. Try deleting it and hear how it sounds.

00:05:351 (2,3) - Might want to consider snapping this, since its a normal you should have no snap warnings in the AiMod

From 00:17:573 - to 00:19:425 - Try adding a small spinner just so that section doesnt look that empty as it is right now.

00:34:800 (1,2) - Might want to unstack this two here. Will feel better if you do and will be more convenient like so.

00:55:287 (1,2) - Sliders dont look right, make them shorter and fix the hit sounds. If you do try something like this and hear how it sounds

(Of curse saying you fixed the hit sounds.

From 00:58:214 (1) - to 01:05:715 (4) - Fix that entire slider section, dont make them fall on the blue beat lines, itll give it a weird sound and an odd feel, fix the hitsounds too, should land on the whites but remember some of them land perfectly on the blue and you shoud keep them. EX: 01:22:909 (3) - . (Basically re map that slider section, itll feel better just by the example i gave you above)

From 01:18:702 (1) - to 01:29:678 (5) - Same thing for this. (Read above)

01:38:275 (3) - Move this slider here 01:38:458 - , and make it shorter, should end with something like this.

GENERAL
Might want to try following the beat of the drums a bit more, the snare you added were just fine but totally out of place, i hope you take my advice and re map those slider sections there guiding through the first IMG you see.

00:53:824 (7) - Start a new combo here. Just so it doesnt look like such a long combo.

From 00:55:287 (1) - to 01:04:617 (2) - As i mentioned in the normal as well, try changing some of the slider length and fix the HS, they're off tune with the drums.

01:18:336 (5,6) - Instead of this two singles if youre going to keep them change them for small slider.

From 01:18:702 (1) - to 01:29:129 (4) - Fix the HS and youre good to go.

In general try hearing the song without effects and hear where should a snare go and where it shouldnt. It'll improve your map both in sound quality and how you map it.

Im not too well versed in the ranking criteria and guidelines but from what i know, if you don't have an easy difficulty, your normal difficulty should try to follow easy difficulty guidelines. So what i think you will have to change in your diff to reflect this would be to avoid stacked/overlapping notes and probably simplify a bit of the rhythm.

00:33:138 (2) - delete this note to simplify rhythm? you don't have a note here 00:37:529 - or 00:38:992 - so no need to have that note imo

But it still imperfect. The trick to make the perfect blanket is to use blanketed note's approach circle as a guide. 00:02:018 (2) - for this case. In your current pattern, you can see that the slider body is not following the approach circle perfectly, take a look http://puu.sh/sSpn8/cb1def4ded.jpg that's why the blanket seems imperfect. But it still imperfect. The trick to make the perfect blanket is to use blanketed note's approach circle as a guide. 00:02:018 (2) - for this case. In your current pattern, you can see that the slider body is not following the approach circle perfectly, take a look http://puu.sh/sSpn8/cb1def4ded.jpg that's why the blanket seems imperfect. First step to perfect it, you can use 25% playback rate so you can place the approach circle in such a way that it would be easier to follow it, look here : http://puu.sh/sSpvA/89713ae1dd.jpg Next step, you can adjust the anchors so the slider body would coincide with the approach circle, like so : http://puu.sh/sSpz2/cd4b942a21.jpg And voila, a perfect blanket.
