5.47 * map yet I feel like I can somehow pass it...

  1. Pure black combo colors are a big no no, especially when your storyboard's pure black. Use something similar like 43,43,43.
  2. There's a lot of awkward overlaps to play, this map's not my skill range but I feel like this won't get an fc for a while.
  3. There's also a lot of awkward spacing, I was playing on autopilot and plenty of times I wondered if this was half a beat or a quarter of a beat apart.

  1. 00:19:752 (1,2) - I understand why things like this are close together to show the 3/4, however I think 00:18:627 (3,1) the spacing between these sections where there is a gap in the rhythm could use more space. 00:19:752 (1,2,1) this is easily misreadable as all being 3/4 because of the spacing.
  2. 00:24:064 (4,1) - I feel like the small spacing here is underemphasizing 00:24:252 (1) because this is where the rhythm you were following reaches the highest point. In my opinion it could use more space, by either moving the slider or adjusting 00:23:502 (1,2,3,4) this
  3. 00:25:283 - I'm fairly sure there should be a circle here but I'm not positive maybe I'm hearing things
  4. 00:26:314 (1,3) - stuff like this is pretty overmapped or snapped to some really weird stuff in the background that I can't make out even when I delete the object and listen for it.
  5. 00:32:689 - If you wanted to use those weird snapping sliders, here would be the place. I'm also confused as to what this part is following, because 00:30:814 (1,2,3,1) is obviously mapped to lyrics, however 00:32:314 (1,2,3,1) this sounds like it's mapped to nothing.
  6. 01:07:752 - this section the music is gradually increasing in intensity, however the object placement and spacing overall is the same throughout. I think it'd be more interesting if you increased the spacing with the music to help build up to the chorus.
  7. 01:19:752 - doing the same eight sliders throughout this entire section feels very under representative of what the song is actually doing, there's no personality or anything to make this part feel connected to the map.
  8. 02:19:752 (1) - these sliders are unrankable as the path they follow is unclear to the player
  9. 02:28:564 (3,4,1) - stacking this part under 02:28:002 (2) is pretty bad in my opinion because you've done some 3/4 stuff like this before and it could be misinterpreted as another instance of that.
  10. 02:29:033 (2,3) - Also I wouldn't space these circles so far away from the slider they come after
  11. 02:36:064 (5) - this should end on the white tick
  12. 02:45:252 - same as first kiai
  13. 03:01:752 (1,2,3) - this spaced triple is an enormous diffspike, unfitting to the song. I would make the spacing smaller
  14. 03:19:002 (1) - nc this to make the snapping change more obvious
  15. 04:02:877 (5,6) - delete this circle and move the slider over and make it repeat one more time. the current rhythm is pretty bad

Overall the map is alright... there are a lot of very questionable choices and "foundational" mistakes that make it look sloppy, but at the same time some interesting gimmicky things throughout the map that made it fun to look at. Good luck!

  1. 00:11:877 (4) - This note somehow feels so extra because the previous notes cover big sounds while this one covers nothing. I suggest to just delete this note to make a little break feeling. It would emphasize the big sounds better.
  2. 00:11:502 (3) - Maybe you can change this slider to two circles to emphasize the second sound better. Considering the first sound is as big as the second but the second got totally less emphasized than the first. If you apply this and the mod above ^, you can try doing pattern like this http://puu.sh/sKvSP/d8503ce0b3.jpg you know, to make a little pound form short break. And ah, add finish to both notes (even if you don't apply, add finish to the tail as well) because they both covers the same sound.
  3. 00:13:002 - umm, very big sound here. Maybe you can just end this spinner 00:12:252 (1) - there to emphasize it better. Then you can add two notes here 00:13:377 and here 00:13:564 to emphasize the sounds before entering the chorus. It would be a nice lead up. If you think the spinner become to short, maybe you could just remove it entirely and replace it with a long slowed slider.
  4. 00:13:752 (1) - You can hear that the last two sounds, I mean here 00:14:314 and here 00:14:408 are slightly different from the other sound this slider has been following so I think it might be pretty weird to merge it in one slider. So maybe you can do something like this http://puu.sh/sKw6K/59cf0f7bc4.jpg that way you can also slightly emphasize that part better too because there is also vocal there.
  5. 00:24:252 (1,2,3) - Well I kinda see your intention but scrunching 1/2 pattern like this while you usually use this pattern for 1/4 stuff is kinda... surprising? I suggest just to move them apart.
  6. 00:25:752 (1) - Since there's no sound at the tail currently, I highly suggest to just end the slider here 00:25:939 because there's actually a sound there.
  7. 00:31:564 (3,1) - Be careful, the last time I made something like this, someone said reverse may not be covered.
  8. 00:33:064 (1,2) - Make this similar to the previous rhythm. Simply talking, ctrl+g this. Because the big sound is here 00:33:252 and here 00:33:439 so it would be weird if it's only being emphasized with reverse and slider tail while the small sound here 00:33:064 is covered with the head.
  9. 00:35:877 (1) - Uhh, nope, ignored very big sound here 00:36:064 Since the sound is pretty much different from previous, it's no use to make symmetrical rhythm. I suggest to change this so you can emphasize that big sound properly. It's a total distraction that the pattern also suggest another jump sooo.... If you don't want to move (5), maybe you can move the previous note 00:48:252 (1,2,3,4) - . 整体来说吧,没感觉到什么整洁性,大多数都是十分的拥挤,而且感觉排列都没怎么注意,节奏做的很好,但是整体来说真心觉得不好看,有些滑条奇形怪状的,看起来意义不明,物件之间的联系不明显,flow做的也不明显,整体图的难度感觉就是后面一段乱跳拉上去的,,难度分布不均匀,建议把难度分布搞均匀一点吧,3个kiai段,前面两个简单,后面一个太嗨感觉也不好.
感觉要注意一下排列的整洁性,再就是把flow做的明显一点吧?

我表示很理解,當初做這張圖時想刻意模仿一些舊圖沒有怎麼理會flow,但我覺得現在挺好的,整潔性方面我大致上改了一點。至於很多地方不好看⋯⋯我覺得這些蠻主觀的,所以都沒有怎麼改。音樂到後面真的很激昂所以難度分佈方面我覺得還可以。但我很詫異前面居面沒有人覺得很擁擠,這個我是故意的,而且有大量的linear jump顯得所有notes都很集中,所以我現在索性cs+0.3

我只是说说我的感受了,至少我现在看不懂你的图. 其實比較主觀的摸至少可以讓我知道你們對這張圖的觀感

00:24:252 (1,2,3) - More space between these? Kinda underwhelming at the moment. No reason for it to be that small.

00:33:814 (1) - pretty ugly shape

These SV changes don't really make much sense to me in general, like I don't get why 00:39:252 (1) - deserves to be slower than 00:40:377 (2) - or why 00:40:752 (1) - deserves to be slower than 00:41:877, just feels kinda random for me. Maybe you have a good explanation.

01:03:814 (1,2) - this spaced like 1/4 but its actually 1/2 so might case some reading issues

01:12:252 (5) - this is like the most intense part here but the slider's slow

  2. 00:11:502 (3) - I think you should turn this into 2 circles because the sound isn't a hold like 00:10:752 (1,2) - and it would emphasize the 2 snare hits
  3. 00:19:002 (1,1,1) - I don't really understand the extended slider here, there's a vocal sound on the white tick and i'm pretty sure you can shorten all of these to the red tick and add a note on the blue tick instead

  16. 05:05:502 (1) - Really opinion based here but to me this note is really unnecessary and i would delete it, players expect the spinner to be the last note and this can easily catch them off guard. Imo the sound isn't strong enough to map it after the ending spinner

Okay let's do this. Speaking of which, I genuinely believe every map is rankable as long as it is polished, playable and doesn't break any ranking criteria.

  1. 00:01:939 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - I refused your mod not only because I think it's playable, but also OTHER MODDERS think those parts are playable and rankable. My concept of the whole map is stacking. It is fine if u don't like it but it is definitely not objectively unreadable. At least I didn't receive a single complaint about the readability of that part except u. That being said, if there are mods suggesting those notes are hard to read later on, I may consider changing it.
  2. 00:28:377 (1) - Because I am emphasizing the drum instead of lyric.
  3. 03:58:377 - check this ranked map https://osu.ppy.sh/b/988793&m=0
    I do the exact same snapping as Milan-
  4. 04:48:064 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - I know it is controversial, but if you listen carefully the rhythm is 1,2/1,2/1,2... this is why I don't stack them and their ds vary as for the pitch change and rhythm.

I do appreciate you modding my map even I posted on your queue after it was closed. However, mappers do not necessarily comply with what modders suggest. I mean, you are certainly not wrong, neither am I. Mods are just opinions. But more importantly, it's never a good idea to force your own opinion on the mappers and try to understand the rationales behind them.

  16. 04:50:877 - 04:51:064 (1) - This section is a build up, i would make this as 4 circles, simply to make the rhythm more dense since the song gets more and more intense, you don't always have to focus on the strongest sound because if you do it makes you skip sounds that would make the rhythm more interesting u r definitely not wrong, but i wanna keep the slow and fast effect by the sliders. I do adjust the sv to make them more interesting tho
  17. 05:05:502 (1) - Really opinion based here but to me this note is really unnecessary and i would delete it, players expect the spinner to be the last note and this can easily catch them off guard. Imo the sound isn't strong enough to map it after the ending spinnerremoved
