go for S rank on maps that are easy for you and dont use different scroll speeds for 4k and 7k, messes me up. but i suck anyways so this might not be very helpful :P

i dont know how much time you've put into other rhythm games but 8 hours playing mania is a little too early to be complaining about not having any accuracy skills...
especially since osu!mania's judgement system is the weirdest of the one's i've played it takes a lot of time to get used to
you can try playing with hardrock but i would definitely recommend more time with the game

but what do i know my accuracy fuking suks lol

Edit: Just realized you had 8 hours in taiko and 298 in mania, but the point still stands, the longer you play the better you get

the thing is my acc is shit even at low star levels and on normal maps where i change my speed and note size to match my 4k notes (not reccomended playing on 7 notes sized 64 lol)

since the note size difference is so big i have to use different speed or 4k becomes too slow to play right

the 298 is also a lie it keeps getting reseted for some reason. last reset i noticed was around august

Practicing accuracy on easy maps can help improve your accuracy, but you definitely want to be careful about playing them too much because if you focus to heavily on it you can end up getting rusty at harder stuff.

Since 7k requires a lot more muscle coordination, I find that my accuracy in 7k is always worse than my accuracy in 4k, even though I spent a LONG time playing only 7k, so I'd say it's natural to have better accuracy in 4k. On the other hand, having a less than 1:1 ratio definitely means you've got a real problem that you need to figure out.

I do find that it's true that as you play more, even if it feels like you're making little or no progress, you do actually slowly improve your accuracy. However, since you've put in a fair bit of time already, I'd expect a better accuracy than that, so I'm going to say there's definitely something you need to figure out.

Is there any delay when you hit large chords? I know some keyboards don't handle large chords well and sometimes will delay some of the keypresses when you try to hit a big chord, so make sure that's not happening. Other than that, I can't really give you any concrete tips. I'd suggest watching replays with the accuracy meter turned on so you can see which keypresses are less accurate and trying to figure out exactly why based off that.

when im at work and got some free time i practicing this. is not really for ACC but it helps me a lot on hit Chordstreams right and iam able to handle "easy" full Inverts like https://osu.ppy.sh/s/131228 Diff Eien thanks to this i guess.
PS:
it is a lot harder than it looks to do it smoothly.
