I wasn't able to watch all matches and I'm curious what happened in CHINA Vs. ISREAL and ITALY Vs. PHILIPPINES. I want to know what happened for it to be 4:0 win by default.

In both those matches, one of the teams didn't have enough players at the match. In this case, for the China vs Israel match, Israel didn't have enough players at the time. Same thing with the Italy vs Philippines match, Philippines didn't have enough players at the time.
