Type: Beatmap banner
Text: Yes (just "Primary" should be good to go)
Size: I actually don't know exactly the proportions, but it should be a little slimmer than the usual userpage banner. Just check the link I'll give you and see my temporary banner made with characters: it should be slightly wider than that
Animation: Yes (well, this is just an idea. If it is possible it would be cool to have the "Primary" text changing colors using the color codes you find in the last box in the thread description. Since the title is also "in the Garden" it would be cool to add some flowers but I see it really hard to fit in, so leave it aside if you can't find anything cool)

Border: I guess... a cut, thick blue/cyan line (check again the color codes in the thread) would be cool for that image (I checked the OP and it should be 2 times thicker than the one you have there)
Form: it's a banner, I'd rather keep it normally rectangular
Any suggestions: alright, this is a bit of personal stuff so I won't be too picky (since I already gave quite a lot of personal details above lol).
It is my habit to give a meaning to my maps and in this case I wanted to make a banner that reflects the song's theme/emotion. Primary has a general sorrowful voice, that makes you sad yet happy. I wanted to see if it was possible to put these emotions into the banner too (the bg itself is already good for this stuff, but I have no clue what possible effects could be added to make it even better). This is again my personal interpretation so you should probably give it a listening to the song and see yourself.
Since it's quite personal don't worry about the result, I know it might not be easy to get a clear image of what I have in mind with so few and vague info and I'm not the kind of guy to blame people when it's my own fault for not explaining clearly lol.
If you find a cool idea that goes against the specified details above but it achieves better what I just described here don't worry and go ahead and ignore all of the details I gave you.
________________________The box with color codes I was talking about is the one in description at the very bottom (it's a box without name).
The banner would probably be eternal on the beatmap thread so I won't throw it away :p
There are also no time restrictions here, since the map will take a while to be ready anyway, so in case you have many requests give priority to them first.
