So I was just changing the options, checked the Soft-backround option thing.. Then the whole screen turned white. I tried uninstalling and downloading again, but it's still white. Help? ;;

You can't. Maybe mods will help.
By "soft-background option thingy" do you mean the softening filter? It might be an issue with your graphics card.

Moved to the appropriate location. 
Most likely an issue with your graphics card as said above. You'll want to hold shift while opening osu!. This will bring up a recovery dialog. From there, enable Compatibility mode and then launch osu!
