Make sure kiai time starts and ends the same in all diff

~Easy~
02:58:293 - 2nd kiai time starts really early compared to the other difficulties.
Those notes quickly after the spinner might be too hard for an easy :

Yes, It's already on the rules(guideline?) as well, Also at Cesc x Armin diff there've hold silder thing too (BPM changed -only- for silder speed change) and don't forgot to delete them on Easy diff too, And don't forgot to resnap all notes, I checked that it'll need to resnap all notes 'cuz the first at start off like 1ms and at the end off like 2ms.

oh, And I think you know your mapset have 3I.
