Uninteresting and annoying characters, confusing plot and far too many plot holes.
Bottom line: There was potential in Chaos;Head, but whoever executed the anime adaptation did a terrible job. I liked the OP, though.

But I have also seen much worse than both.
I stopped watching after episode 10. Sure, Hestia's moe as fuck and the fandom always goes apeshit over her but since we're talking just about the anime here, it's more because of how generic Bell, the protagonist, is... and to be honest now that I think about it the entire plot and everything is just... meh. Mars of Destruction. That's not to say it's not hilarious to watch, because it is. But if there is actually such a thing as an "objectively bad" anime, hands down, this is the one. Absolute trainwreck.
