My score has appeared in the 4k leaderboards 1-5 dan but my name still shows as under 3rd dan in The leaderboard summary and my name has disappeared from the 4k dans list.

Fixed. Both spreadsheets had issues of their own (both of which had a limit on the number of players it would look at in the leaderboards, but the amount of players who have attempted 5th dan is higher than that limit), I fixed that for both of the spreadsheets.
