I'm pretty sure that it's required that difficulties be named in such a way that anyone playing the map will be able to tell the difficulty from just the name, with the hardest difficulty as the exception. Correct me if they changed that rule!
Also your NCs are all out of order. I would suggest you start a new combo on every big white tick!

With this SV, I recommend AR 8.5+. At 8 everything seems so fast while the approach circles are so slow, feels unnatural (in a bad way)
00:04:704 (3,4,5,6) - The spacing between 3 and 4 is good, but I'd recommend stacking 4 on 5 on the head of 6. It is rare to find a map that does this sort of thing with fast tapping that makes it look like a stream at a low difficulty. This difficulty is lower tier, so it's supposed to be easier. It's pretty hard.
00:05:627 (7,8,1) - Flow is not that good. The slider points up and the circles afterward go straight down, all while it's connected to the slider. I recommend fixing this, by making the slider point a different direction.
00:06:781 (4,5) - I would personally make this a reverse slider, or three circles. But not recommended for the latter because of difficulty spikes.
00:09:781 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - From this I see that this is supposed to be a hard difficulty. To compensate, I would make the CS larger and AR faster
00:11:166 (10,11) - These two can be arranged in a cleaner way. Like this (but not exactly because it's not the beat you're sticking to. Simply put, just make this neater!
00:11:973 (2,3) - Beat is good here, but a bit awkward with the flow if the next notes are placed all the way to the left
00:14:281 (4,5,6) - Here a slider beginning on a red tick is not good. I'd recommend putting a circle on the red tick and starting the slider on a white one. This is because in most cases, sliders are supposed to begin on white ticks as they are more emphasized on them. Beginning a slider on a red tick means it'll end on a white tick (and the end of the slider is hardly emphasized much)
00:17:166 (1,2,3,4,5) - Same here, I would tidy it up. This pattern has no appealing view to it. You've got the beat right on, though
00:23:858 (5,6) - Just would like to point out this huge jump, another reason why this needs a higher AR

00:37:012 (5,6,1) - This has been occurring pretty often. It feels stiff, as if I can't really bend around. You should learn to implement different types of sliders at different times. Here, as an example, would be a good place to change up the sliders so you don't have two awkward straight sliders connected by a circle.
00:42:320 (6,7,8) - Absolutely no flow. 6 and 7 is not to shabby, but then 7 to 8 is a problem. 7 points down and 8 is above it. While this is a good technique in higher difficulty maps, this is not a high difficulty and thus should be avoided.
00:57:089 (1) - Meh. "Fuck" LOL put a language warning.
Overall I think you've got great rhythm, but poor placement. You should most definitely work on your placement -- learn how to make some things symmetrical and overlap the circles with each other to make it neater and flow better during gameplay. Only 1 difficulty modded regardless of song length, because of the number of suggestions I've made.
