The HP is way too low, make it 7.
As well as your OD, make it 4.
00:24:490 - and 00:28:490 - Change to k, there's a snap sound in the background here, which is different than the regular soft sounds that are already there. I think that a k would best emphasize that.
00:24:740 - Add a d, the rhythm rises, then falls from 00:24:490 - to 00:25:990 - so it would sound best to show that.
00:31:740 - Add a d, and ctrl+g with 00:31:990 - having d k, d k, etc continously gets boring, as well as the fact that the tempo is picking up here.
01:04:990 - and 01:05:990 - while the vocal is held out, you don't need to have a slider here to emphasize this. Having a couple is fine, but you have quite a bit. ( 01:04:990 - , 01:05:990 - , 01:08:990 - , 01:09:990 - , 01:13:740 - , 01:15:740 - , 01:16:990 - , 01:17:990 - , 01:21:740 - , 01:23:740 - , 01:24:990 - , 01:25:990 - , 01:29:740 - , 01:31:740 - , 01:32:990 - , 01:33:990 - , and 01:37:740 - ) This is waaay too many.

I don't really agree with that. The BPM is already quite low. Anything else you could do is removing the arrow and extending the slider to 01:08:740 -. Fits more to vocals like that.

I originally thought you were asking me to turn off ds and actually increase the spacing, which is unrankable for a Normal, but I can change the rhythm.

I was looking at your difficulties based on Skylish's mod, despite the fact that I didn't follow what he pointed out. But there were some points I'd like you to look at though.

[Kantan]

00:36:490 - Change to D to be more consistent with your Futsuu difficulty.

00:48:990 - Change to k. The pitch is more emphasized here than any of the surrounding d's.
00:51:490 - Add a k. The vocal is a bit more intense here than the 1/1 d k's that you've had prior to this point.
01:04:990 - Change to k. Same reason as 00:48:990 -
01:07:490 - Add a k and change 01:07:990 - to d. Same reason as at 00:51:490 - (Or it could be d k for 01:07:490 - and 01:07:990 - )
01:08:990 - Change to D. I also mentioned this in Futsuu, with an alternate suggestion, but I think that this one ultimately works best. (Again, it depends on where you want to be consistent though. But it works best throughout Kantan/Futsuu/Muzukashii to have it at the start of the kiai.)
01:24:990 - I also mentioned this in Futsuu. Please refer to that.

The only thing that seems a bit lacking in this difficulty is the ddd's and kkk's that you having in the kiais, and while they aren't entirely wrong, they just making the kiai a bit less interesting than the rest of the map, where there are a bit more interesting combinations. (I mean patterns like 01:10:990 - / 01:11:365 - / 01:11:740 - and 01:12:990 - / 01:13:365 - / 01:13:740 - ) Some of these are okay, but they happen pretty frequently in the kiais specifically. ;w;

Your finishers are not consistent over the diffs, it is visible by some modding assistan :

regarding on the first part there different issues, you're using triples at different parts and the patterns are not full same lengh, somehow, the quint @ 00:31:740 (47,48,49,50,51) - opens some possibility to create diversified but similar patterns. I think you're trying to say to not have the same types of patterns here, but I'm not too sure. But like mentioned in the previous point, the rhythm does start out slow, then pick up, which is why the triplets are a bit more frequent.

00:39:365 - not using the vocals? Fits the vocals as is.

00:47:615 (116) - for a 3 1 - 1 3 - 3 1 - 1 3 pattern, better using the d at 00:47:865 Changed to kd dk
