This is unrankable even by looking at the difficulty names.
I believe that the ranking criteria states that only the highest difficulty of a map can have a custom name, so the "Amateur Game" should be renamed to Normal and "Veteran" to Insane. The "Meep" difficulty, although being the highest difficulty, is also an unrankable name because naming difficulties after the creator of the map is unrankable now (the only exception for that is a guest difficulty, and then it still must signify what difficulty it is).
Also, the file was about 16MB, so you should compress the mp3. Files should be under 10MB unless they have a video or complex storyboard, so it looks like the mp3 is not compressed.
I will download the map and provide modding for the actual map.

00:30:183 (3) - This slider looks very strange. It might be better off replaced with a spinner or a more standard slider.
00:41:325 (1) - This slider is very strange as well. It would probably be better as a normal slider. It is very hard to read for a new player.
01:00:525 (5) - That is a lot of repeats on the slider. I think that you should try a more interesting way to map this.
01:17:325 (8) - Another weird slider. Maybe a spinner or more standard slider would play better?
01:21:096 (1) - This has a lot of repeats as well and could be very confusing to the player. Try mapping this a different way.
01:23:839 (1,2,3,4) - This would be very confusing to a new player.
01:27:953 (1,1) - The slider starts very quickly after the spinner. Try shortening the spinner by one or two ticks so that the player has more reaction time.

I'm going to look into the Insane and Extra difficulties next! :3

00:05:668 (1) - This slider is slowed down for no reason. This messed me up when I was playing it. Change it to normal slider velocity?
00:08:411 (1,2) - More slowed down sliders. I see that the vocals are a little slower at these sliders, but I think it would play better to have them at the normal slider velocity still.
00:12:868 (1) - Another slow slider.
00:18:525 (2) - Another slow slider.
00:30:697 (6) - This slider is similar to the weird slider I pointed out in the Normal difficulty. I think it would play well if it was replaced with a spinner.
00:34:811 (8) - I think the repeats on this slider might be overmapped. Maybe replace it with a spinner or make it slower with no repeats so that it goes to the same place in the same time?
00:41:325 (3,4,5) - More slow sliders. Sorry that I keep pointing out these slow sliders, but they really bug me for some reason...
00:43:211 (6) - I feel like this slider should go 2 ticks longer to fully represent the vocals.
00:50:926 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2) - I think this stream is awkwardly shaped. It doesn't play well. I think it should be a faster stream that covers more distance.
00:58:811 (1) - This hitcircle breaks the flow of the stream. Try adjusting it so that the stream runs right into it and that it is part of the circular stream.
01:00:525 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - Again, slow sliders.
01:03:783 (4) - Slow slider.
01:06:525 (3) - This slider looks weird. Replace it with a spinner or a more standard slider.
01:17:325 (4) - Another strange slider. Replace it with a spinner or a more standard slider.
01:32:068 (1) - On all the other difficulties, this last note is not a spinner. It makes the Insane difficulty 2 seconds longer than the other ones. For consistency, replace the spinner with a simple hitcircle.

I'll change those for the normal,but I feel that the slow ones in the insane mode should stay. I initially wanted to throw off players and get them to rage at the insane mode since it's ultimate annoying speed changes every few seconds. It's meant to be that, I really don't feel that it's needed to be changed.

00:10:554 (1) - In the Insane difficulty, the part after this slider is mapped. Why is there a break here? This was acceptable in the Normal difficulty, but this makes no sense because it is the highest difficulty and every opportunity for more difficulty should be taken.
00:16:082 (1) - Also map the break after this.
00:30:354 (4) - Weird slider... replace with a spinner?
00:34:982 (3,1,2,3,4) - This confused me when I playtested it. Replace it with a slider or make it a straight, more spaced stream.
00:41:325 (4) - Weird slider, replace with a spinner or more standard slider?
00:45:440 (7,1) - This plays strangely. Maybe replace it with a quick slider that goes for one tick?
00:48:182 (7) - Another weird slider, replace it with a more standard slider?
00:49:554 (1,2,3,4) - Large jumps suddenly. This messed me up while I was playtesting it and it does not flow well. Nerf the jumps a little.
00:50:925 (5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,1,2,3,4) - Very strange stream. Make this a very quick and fast stream that covers more distance. It will make it more challenging (this is very easy for an Extra difficulty, so it needs to be harder anyway.)
01:01:383 (6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - These jumps came out of nowhere. This is a very sudden difficulty spike. I would suggest nerfing this a little.
01:06:011 (3) - Another weird slider, replace it with either a spinner or a more standard slider.
01:17:325 (1) - Another weird slider, replace it with either a spinner or a more standard slider.
01:19:040 (1,2,1) - Push this triple forwards, it was awkward to play for me because it went backwards into the slider and then went forwards. If the first circle of the triple started a gridspace after the slider, it would flow better.

I was thinking that was what you were going for there, but it's not really adding difficulty, it's just annoying to play. I would suggest fixing those slider speeds, but it is your map after all

I did some searching and this song seems to come from some sort of anime or visual novel named "My Fair Gentleman!" (I'm guessing a visual novel, I ran into videos that were 18+ blocked when I searched it. I'm going to look over the video, I'm afraid there could be some NSFW parts of it that should be edited.) So add "My Fair Gentleman!" as the source.

EDIT: This is a bit much. I was able to see under a couple skirts, there was a lot of breast shown, and in one case it seemed a girl was holding someone under her breasts. Another time the girl was blushing with her tongue sticking out in pleasure, and I've watched enough hentai to know what that means.
I think you should get someone to censor this video or just remove the video entirely. Xexxar maps a lot of eroge songs and he censors his videos and they're ranked fine. Try checking his maps out and edit your video based off of it.

For your first edit,I think I can fix the slider for 00:30:183 (3) - In the normal modes and other modes to cover the card in the breasts. The 'girl was holding someone under her breasts' is clearly a lap pillow .-..The one that was sticking out the toungue wasn't in ectasy,she was just sitting on the boy's lap -.-(I think that was the one you were referring to)

Edit 2: I feel that looking under a few skirts is nothing compared to the stella-rium BG by Tsukuyomi .-.

Oh, I had been wondering. I had negative kudosu and I was like "wtf, why did you remove them?". Thx for clearing it up. Since you left one kudosu from the Normal mod, it's ok. I was new to modding as well. Now that I have negative kudosu I'm going to probably mod Meep's other maps to get back into positive kudosu.

KOTOKO - Fancy Game !? (Short ver.) or something like that. I'm also curious, where did you get the mp3 from? I plan to make my own map of this and I don't want to just rip your mp3 from the mapset.

I found some more accurate metadata for you, Meep.

"My Fair Gentleman!" is the English translation of the title of the game, it was just the first thing i came across when i suggested it as the title. but with my new map, I found that the backgrounds were hard to find, so i found out the japanese title of the game: "あなたをオトコにしてあげる！" or, in romaji, "Anata o Otoko ni Shite Ageru!" I would suggest updating the source now.

The same site confirms the song title, if you click on the "Staff" dropdown. It shows a list of composers of music, and Solfa is seen in it (Solfa, with the S capitalized - update this), and then KOTOKO is also seen in vocalists, for the song "Fancy Game!?" Note that there is no space between "Game" and "!?", so you should update this.

I found all of the backgrounds for the game now by searching "anata o otoko ni shite ageru cg" and there was a site with all of them, which included some of the backgrounds you were using, all in high quality. I can't link you to the site because it has pornographic content (well, it's an eroge, he has to have his way at some point), but it was the first result from searching "anata o otoko ni shite ageru cg", I believe. You might want to check the site out because they could be in higher quality and there are more backgrounds available. Also good fap material for you? lol
