Given the intro section, with both LNs and a massive slowdown, OD 9 seems slightly harsh for this map. I would still keep the OD on the higher end, however, due to the rest of the map being largely rice.

The drum, which the jacks responds to, is very audible already. May still change if other modders complain, tho
In general, for this slow section of the song, it is strange how it has the highest note density in the song, given that it is also one of the slowest sections in the song. In addition, the slow scroll speed makes this section even more difficult to read. In fact this part is growing, so not really slow section anymore, but anyway I am nerfing this because this is really hard lol
SV Mods Unfortunately I lost the SVs when I re-apply 5K map's timing I am reapplying my SVs but might be off, so be wary
00:25:706 - This is really really really slow. Almost painfully so. Especially as a transition to the next section. Increased SV slightly, as further up will have to increase all other sections' SV to compensate
In general, this first section, while appropriately slow, feels slightly TOO slow.
00:46:463 - While it does get noticeably faster, it feels rather insignifcant. You can afford to bump this up more (probably).
01:02:165 - Entering painfully slow territory again. Increased both sections SV a bit
03:12:850 - Feels slightly weird for everything to just suddenly slow down like that. Maybe halt (nearly completely) and speed up again? Or possibly just slowdown from current speed. The direct jump is kinda jarring.
03:14:107 - This is faster than what is immediately before this. You should either make this the same, or make what comes before speed up to this scroll speed. (This is a suggestion, harsh wording sorry -_-. Not sure how else to say this.) Ok make both the same then
03:34:211 - You can probably start this section on a slightly higher scroll speed? Its already fine as is.
