Problem Details:

Never happens this to me , i can't play multi or solo

I'm not quite sure if this is the same problem, but my isn't displaying any JPG background images.
It's just showing a black background or skin image instead.
Images in PNG format work though.

Maybe you should check if it's the same in your case.

That's completely irrelevant to the issue, or at least it seems that way
You are talking about Backgrounds, OP talks about the screen not loading any hitcircle skin elements (and likely multiple others) and therefore not being able to play properly.

OP, can you please upload your skin somewhere so we can see if it's a skin related issue?
