Looking at the wiki, you can't https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/Skinning_Catch_the_Beat
The 'sliderticks' use the same sprite as the drops.
Also, why would you disable them? If you miss them it's a destruction for you accuracy

You talk about Rotation of the drops
I'm not sure how or even if it can be fixed

if you make the drops a circle, it basically won't spin
