I log onto osu! today to see that when I was going to play a 3.57 song for example it was listed under 3 star and not 4 star as it usually is... same with someone else?
Holy shit this is actually a good feature.Bauxe wrote:

Then you thought wrong.Gardarr wrote:
I like it but the only problem is that I think I can start play 4 star maps (3.5) then this change happens...
Bauxe just said it's "#.00 - #.99". Im a bit confused at what youre trying to say here.Momiji wrote:

I've argued this before. Trust me, you don't want to start it again.Dexus wrote:
# is a range while #.00 is a value if youre being specific.
"I can play 3 star maps" which implies 3.00-3.99
"I can play 3.00 star maps" being specific here which gives clarity
it seems like a non-issue, unless you have a better way to say a range in shorthand?

3 is a range that has a span of 0, beginning with 3 and ending with 3. Congratulations.Dexus wrote:

Hey if more people think this way then it's actually going to create fun threads in G&R, but I think it's better to take such statements as approximations (important when going above the stated value but it's not even related)Dexus wrote:

It does, however that clarity should be worthless as 3 is equal to 3.00. I do assume that you know that - You seem to just have a different set of rules which is why I'm not trying to argue anything (can't either way)Dexus wrote:

The issue should already be evident as it allows threads like this one to exist and creates potential for confusion.Dexus wrote:

On a semi-related note I deeply hate people who prefer 12 hour clocks over 24 hour clocks.Dexus wrote:
