Depends on the difficulties. It's usually a mix of something + drums though, for example slider starts following vocal while the notes are following drums, or something similar. If you decide to mod this, feel free to ask if you're unsure, and thanks in advance :D

In this map I mapped mostly to the violin in the foreground, with some emphasis on the drums/percussion through triples and bursts. There's no vocal, so it's mostly what's in focus at any given time.
