I think covering both white ticks would be pointless.
What I'd like you to take note of, is that Slider (2) in Row #1 has it's tail resting on the last beat of it's measure. Compare it to Slider (3) in Row #1 from the previous section. You'll notice that the measures do not match in their note structure. Consider matching them. I do realize there is a spinner that the first measure of this section has to be empty for, but this does not justify inconsistency with the next measure.00:00:625 - and 01:14:742 - are almost the same in terms of vocals, but as you can notice there's a really significant sound at 01:14:742 - that has to be noticed. While this does have to do with that one has a spinner before, but the other does not, I would actually suggest removing the first measure from this section and simply adding a spinner at 03:04:860 which ends at 03:06:271 , for full consistency.
