To be honest,the only bits remotely Pendual-like are the backgrounds for the pause and fail screens.
The rest doesn't really strike me as a Pendual-themed skin at all.
I'm not too keen on the score numbers either (the bright red borders clash with the metallic effect on the numbers),
but that's probably just me.

If you want to make a Pendual theme you gonna keep that in mind,also there's that well-made Future Phase
theme somewhere in the skinning forums you can use as inspiration (though obviously you can't steal any elements)
