Other methods for improving single tapping speeds?

I feel like my singletap speed is much too slow for someone who singletaps for my plays. I've tried improving using thisspreadsheet and making my own collection of maps that are hard to singletap, but I don't really feel like I'm improving my speed at all. I've been trying to mimic the motions needed to do a fast singles like shown in this video:

I'm pretty sure I'm doing the right motions so I'm not sure how else to increase my tap speed. I've been playing on and off for while, but I'm pretty sure I could I tap a bit faster than I currently am.

Scarlet rose has too many sliders for you to consider it 320 bpm. You have to think of maps like the 306 bpm Portal map Rafis fc'd.

Shukusai no elementalia is a better example for 300 than Scarlet rose.

my point is: 200bpm is not a limit for singletap.
