[web]names are colored blue

Problem Details:

Sorry if it's posted before, but I searched and couldn't find something.
Since when did all "normal" names turn blue-ish? And why?

I just noticed that too.
Perhaps to let Alumni stand out

It was discussed with some people (inc Loctav) on Discord
If you identify an "username link" there is no color set. Therefore it uses the color set for links (aka blue)

It is a "phpbb" mistake (Loctav said)
