00:42:374 (3) - personally i feel like this slider fits better without the straight edges to fit the smooth music here something like this
dont use my example tho cuz it sux xd. but just a general idea
00:53:055 (6,7,8) - uhmm make the circle spacing a bit bigger closer to slider spacing. i think it plays better in general that way.

01:18:484 (1,2,3,4) - for this jump pattern, u should try to make 01:18:641 (2,3) - a significantly larger jump than the other parts since i assume that is the part you would want to be highlighting q:
01:37:961 (6,7) - needs some more spacing, due to the nature of how dropoff flow works, the gap here feels smaller than what it is, making the pause rather weird to play.
01:51:390 (4,7,10) - maybe nc these to emphasize the 3/4 beat piano playing that u are trying to map here.
