I think hard mode need more circles, because it's a fast song and fast AR too.Easy & Normal
Check the distance snap in AiMod, it's not allowed in Easy/Normal diff.

I think it's need to be harder, because it's too easy for hard.
Delete 3 first timing point and move the 4 timing point to 00:23:007 -
01:45:259 (4) - make it longer
01:48:438 (4) - ^^
01:53:205 - Add Slider
02:05:425 (7) - Move it 1 tick
02:08:702 - Add circle
02:10:448 (3) - Replace with slider
02:20:079 (5) - make it shorter
02:39:185 (6) - New combo?
02:57:826 - Replace llike 02:56:236 (1,2) -
03:11:336 (4) - Make it longer 1 circle
Don't forget hitsounds, because it's all mode. In taiko all note still red.

Sorry, this is not really a mod but a feedback about your easy, normal and hard diff.
I'm sorry if this "offends" you but I think they are boring. This music is 4 minutes long and it seemed like it was always the same pattern. :/
I don't know how to explain but, I think the sliders should be different. Sorry if this isn't helping you but I can't explain ;---------------;.
