Accepting English only maps at the time. You can post maps from video game OSTs as long as they're not, like, Touhou or some other overmapped bullshit. Like you can post Katamari Damacy music or something, just as an example. Wink wink.
Only other condition is that you check out this map and possibly mod it because I can't get the little bugger in any modding queues at the moment. You don't have to do anything though, like make any sort of confirmation that you looked at it, I just want you to check it out. It would be pretty cool.
