I think your OD and HP values for NM are a bit too high. Maybe reduce them to 7.2 each?
Same thing for HD. I'd nerf them to 7.6 ~ 7.7 for OD and HP.
Lastly, maybe tune down OD and HP of Maximum Live to 8.2 or so.
Your file size is pretty big. I understand the song is pretty long, but your BG is a .png and 2mb, so I compressed it for you to a .jpeg so it's only 392kb. Chill? K, great.
SV's are beautifulllll

I'm going to assume here that the SV's are the same for both 4k and 7k. If not, I'm just testing 4k because I'm a noob player who can't do 7k.
Well. This box is rather empty, so I'm a fill it with some compliments instead:
Wonderfully well made SV's. Not too sudden, but still a little bit unpredictable which adds a nice element to game play imo. They aren't so slow to where the notes are all stacked on top of each other, but still do add that slowed effect in the calmer parts of the song which I think is nice. So, great job, loved the SV's.

00:42:212 - Make a double because not only is does the drum play here, but so does the guitar. It's the same sound as 00:39:469 (39469|3,39469|0)
03:32:269 to 03:32:955 - Consider making this a 1/2 burst to represent the drum sound in the background. So, like, you'd add notes on 03:32:440 and 03:32:783
04:05:869 (245869|3,245869|0) - You used the same [14] pattern here just a measure ago. Maybe make it a [23] instead? If accepted, move 04:05:526 (245526|1,246212|2) to 1 and 4 respectively.

01:48:640 (108640|2,108726|3,110012|1,110098|0) - I feel like 1/4 notes on one hand is a little too much for a NM diff. Maybe move the notes to different hands?
02:51:298 (171298|1) - This is personal opinion, so look to see if you like it, but I think you should move this to 3 and 02:51:469 (171469|2) to 2 so you don't hit a note 1/2 a beat after releasing an LN.
03:32:783 (212783|2,212869|1,212955|3,212955|0) - Since this is kind of like a 1/4 burst, I recommend shifting 03:32:783 (212783|2,212869|1) one column to the right, and then moving 03:32:955 (212955|3) to 2 to make it a little easier to hit.

  1. Design: Uncheck "Widescreen Support" on all difficulties except 4K MX, since there is no storyboard provided.
  2. HP & OD: I would recommend 4K and 7K MX to reduce it both to 8.2 since the map patterns here is relatively simple, only comes with SV's. ("0.5 increase as difficulty increases" may not always be right in some song moods)
  3. Kiai Time: 03:35:697 - 04:14:783 I belive the kiai time here is in 03:32:955 - 04:14:097 because like the other kiai times, it starts in the vocals not in the crash-bass.

4K NM
  1. 00:00:383 (383|1,726|2) - I suggest to change this into normal notes, since the other difficulties have no LN's in this section, even the EZ diff.
  2. 00:17:183 (17183|2,17355|1) - Flip Horizontally (Ctrl+H) to make the pattern symmetrical to 00:16:155 (16155|1,16326|0,16498|2,16669|1)
  3. 00:39:469 (39469|1,39469|2) - Suggest to move these to columns 1 and 4 because in 00:38:783 (38783|1,38955|2,39126|1) The pattern will be too dense to NM players, specifically on columns 2 and 3. It also balances the note proportion.
  4. 01:01:412 Observe the columns 1 and 2, notes are taking alternations here in one hand, rather than distributing the note density equally, also it makes NM players get unbalanced. Suggest to Ctrl+H 01:02:783 (62783|1,63126|2,63126|0,63469|1)
  5. 01:27:126 Same thing as above, but this time, it has lesser notes yet it's still unbalanced. Repattern or follow this: 01:28:155 (88155|1,88498|3,89183|2) - Move to 4 3 and 2 respectively.
  6. 02:27:469 Patterns in here is quite dense in columns 3 and 4 then it adds to a LN after that, Off-balance may result here for some players. Suggest 02:28:498 (148498|2) - Move to 4.
  7. 03:10:669 I might consider this pattern for this one but until 03:12:726 (192726|3,193069|3,193412|3) - Which will have off-balance so try 03:13:069 (193069|3,193069|1,193412|3,193412|2,193755|1,193755|0) - Ctrl+H
  8. 03:14:783 (194783|2,195126|2,195469|2) - In relation to the mod above, if applied, then column 3 here will be off-balanced, so suggest here: 03:15:126 (195126|2,195126|1) - Move to 1 and 4 then 03:15:469 (195469|2) - Move to 3, or repattern it on your own.
  9. 03:52:155 Hold here, certainly NM players will get an off-balance here (Jack-staircase like this is not advised on NM diffs, maybe HD or so) which is not fun to play. Suggest to repattern but keep the note stack limit to 1/1 snap (White lines)
  10. 03:57:640 Same as above.
  11. 04:08:612 (248612|2,248783|3,248955|2) - Switch columns, more hand balance here.
  12. 04:09:297 (249297|1,249469|0,249640|1) - Same as above, but symmetrical to it.

4K HD
  1. 00:00:383 (383|1,726|2) - Suggest to move to 3 and 1 respectively because the symmetrical pattern of this does not blend to the music's mood.
  2. 00:03:640 (3640|1) - Generally, column 2 is off-balanced in this staircase. Suggest to move this to 4
  3. 00:09:126 (9126|2) - Same as above, but symmetrical to it.
  4. 00:46:840 (46840|1) - Move to 1, columns 2 and 3 are too dense.
  5. 00:52:155 (52155|2) - Move to 4, same as above
  6. 02:45:812 (165812|2,165983|1,166155|2,166326|1) - Move to 2 3 2 and 4 respectively, somehow, columns 2 and 3 are too dense especially when it's layered by and LN.

4K Maximum Live!
  1. 00:24:383 Why don't focus on the drums rather than the voice, other diffs done that and sudden change of music focus might get off-balance, include also the LN. Suggest to repattern to the drum notes then remove SV's. Also consider this on 00:27:126
  2. 00:44:098 (44098|1) - Move to 4, for more hand balance.
  3. 01:09:640 Why not make it a note-stack (in this case, 1/2 snap is good) rather than repeating patterns because it's really simple yet off-balance because that it doesn't blend to the music's mood, like you did on 02:45:640 Also consider this on 01:26:098 02:29:183
  4. 02:03:040 (123040|2,123126|1) - Switch columns, for more hand balance.

Also consider this on 00:27:126 nope not gonna change this, this is for adding atmosphere to the voice instead, following drum all the way doesnt is really plain, somehow you need a different way to make it fun to play instead, also this map has long duration and you need more idea to get more style to the map, this due long duration tend to get boring eventually
  2. 00:44:098 (44098|1) - Move to 4, for more hand balance. keep, i want stairs to keep intact each others

waiting respond from moderator for now, my humblest apologize by this accident (i didn't even know i selected nuke button orz)..

i wish the nuke icon is disabled while its should never been used by BN.. this is suck.. :(
