Overall this Diff plays well and smooth. What i don't like are the Jacks at the Beginning. In the Editor they maybe fit. But while testplay it was really weird to hit these. Also don't forget this are 200bpm and.
I think it would be better when you change the first to 1.-2 Stair, the 2nd one to 4-3 Stair. And the last one to a 2-3 stair. It plays way more comfortable and also, these are the only one Jacks you use in the Whole song. Hmm, okay fixed
00:14:454 (14454|1) - Move to 3 to emphasize the difference to the previous Chord. Notice how I made 1/2 Jacks that involves double and triple become like that. Check it on parts ahead. In the Ending, I also made it this way.
00:36:054 - Why the 3-Noted chord here? There is no other sound then 00:34:854 - . Theres only a hihat that even starts later. The hat is actually sounding there. If you listen it carefully, you will hear that the hihat actually sounds long. I can just make it LN if I want since it's long enough. But No I didn't so it's more playable and reasonable.

Thanks for modding. Though I got one more thing that makes me uneasy.

In the title, you can see it's written "GATE～それは暁のように～", but in the romanized title, it's written "GATE ~Sore wa Akatsuki no you ni~" Notice that there's a space between GATE and the stripe in romanized title, but there's no spacing in native title.

See that you're suggesting 00:20:529 - as the 1.00x part so I'm going to mark that as the end of the SV gimmick. From 00:20:416 until 00:20:529 in 1/8 snapping, there's 3 lines that need to be achieved. 00:20:416 - 0.10x here indicates that it only scrolls for 0.10 line instead of 1.00 line. While in the editor it's only active for 1 line, the in-game scrolling scrolls for 0.10 line. 00:20:454 - 0.70x here indicates that it only scroll for 0.70 line instead of 1.00 line. While in the editor it's only active for 2 lines, the in-game scrolling scrolls for 1.40 line.

Now, see that it's going to be 0.10+1.40 lines resulting in 1.50 lines scrolled. It's the half of the original length which is it's going to be annoying to play.

The offset is really wrong, I don't know how map this part 00:09:934 - , but you can hear clearly that the sound don't start there.
Try 1252 offset.

The video offset is really wrong, 96ms is just to match the 1st appearance of the title, but not every anime opening, 1st appearance of title have to fit the drum.
Since if you realize...all the other part of the video don't even fit your mp3.
Try to look closely to the opening https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BjDWdZxUba8 . The 1st appearance of the title have a small delay after the drum sound.
Also the rest should fit a bit the drum sound such as the end.
The middle should fit the vocal mostly, ex. 00:30:934 - sona, so (start new picture in video) na (drum). Same for here 00:35:734 - .

If you can listen carefully, then You can notice for sub drum. like 00:22:309 (22309|1) - 00:27:109 (27109|2) -

00:32:134 - add at 3. same note with 00:33:334 - 00:34:534 - 00:35:734 - there is consistence.

00:35:884 - add a note, and 00:35:959 (35959|2) - remove this one.
I recommend that. these hihat sounds is not important. If you follow the main drum, It will be good structure for playable. feeling also.

* About SV part

2nd = I don't feel like reduce of these formula. like "-0.4, -0.3, -0.2."

3rd is fine. I also think these that You have to keep consistence for SV.
The one of way is just keep 3rd SV in all the place.
or If you want to other way, have to think about it carefully.
because I did not feel like sure from your 1st, 2nd.

to be honestly, I don't think that SV already has been ready.
I don't feel like these diffierent SV from each part.
1st = wrong SV from at the end part 00:20:659 - 00:20:959 - 00:21:259 - should not be end of SV at here.
2nd = I don't feel like reduce of these formula. like "-0.4, -0.3, -0.2."

3rd is fine. I also think these that You have to keep consistence for SV.
The one of way is just keep 3rd SV in all the place.
or If you want to other way, have to think about it carefully.
because I did not feel like sure from your 1st, 2nd.

Oh, yeah. AFAIK you can change the video offset by opening the .osu, go to {Events}, and make the video-related line to something like
"Video,240,"Gate_+Jieitai+Kanochi+nite+Kaku+Tatakaeri+-+Opening+OP_Original.avi"

And I'll leave the General things to your decision.
