While I was playing your map, there are a few things I've missed that I should've posted along with the previous disqualification. Even then, these are things I'd like to discuss with you before pushing this mapset forward again.
Remove 'icebeam' on tags.
00:01:180 - The intro is quite similar to 03:49:951 - , so making the SVs similar to 03:49:951 - would add a little bit of consistency on your parts.
Alternatively, you could remove the SV at 00:02:862 - to prevent the really sudden slowdown in the intro.
00:14:637 (14637|3) - Make this an LN since the synths layered in are LNs, just to be consistent with your patterns.
01:50:729 (110729|3) - Snap this LN's end to 01:50:992 - for easier readability.
01:51:886 (111886|3,111991|2,112148|1,112306|0,112516|3,112622|2,112832|1,113042|3) - These notes seem to be early by 1/16 from what I'm hearing. Snap them up one line using a beat snap divisor of 1/16.

These suggestions aren't as small as the last one, so you'll need three BNs to place 2 bubbles and a flame on the mapset to qualify it again.
