Precisely this. I need to assess the level of actual hitsounding that needs to be done (or whether or not it needs to be really done at all). Right now, it seems to be an overwhelming favor towards non-specific hitsounding, which is good -- this gives me more time to plan for other logistics in my tournament.Elekton wrote:

I will make an update to the participants list today when I get home (it's a bit easier to do when sign-ups trickle down to this low of a speed). I will also be reorganizing you guys by time-zone to get a glance of how I want the qualifiers to go.
There is also going to be a structural change in the tournament, to allow for it to not take song long. I'll summate it quickly here, but the tournament will not be entirely double-elimination; it will bridge into double-elimination at a particular round (I have still not decided if it will be round of 64/32/16). I *may* open one more poll asking about the opinions of multi-week rounds, again, for the purpose of getting everyone time in the spotlight on video and whatnot.

Major thanks to Pope Gadget for organizing the participant list by time zone! I've denoted a few questionable instances of time zone with a [?] on the list and will likely send out private messages in the near future to clarify these situations.

Sign-ups should be updated to this point, though the most recent 11 sign-ups have not been sorted into the appropriate timezones. I am pondering the addition of another streamer for the earlier matches, to assist in the expedition of the qualification, round of 128, and round of 64 weeks. If you are interested, message me: however, you need to prove to me that you can sustain -very- extended periods of recording, as I am not going to accept something/someone dropping off in connection frequently.

Posting again since it seems that I was skipped out earlier. I want to join. (UTC+3)
In because why not, UTC-5, however ill only be able to play from 5PM - 10PM EST on weekdays, 1PM - 11PM on saturdays and 3PM-10PM on sundays.

b.) Please take a look at the rules/regulations again before entering; I've now had a few people tell me that they can only play weekdays, which is not an option here. You need to be able to play weekends. The only opportunity for play on a weekday is Friday, and that is for qualification stages and potentially the round of 128 only (scheduling pending). If you cannot play on weekends, you will be unable to participate.
