After a certain amount of people have modded your map (usually 3 for 4K and 2 for other keymodes) or your map goes through a BN check, the request would be considered completed, and the slot would be considered open.

4K and 7K have their own separate slots, so asking for a mod for the mapset would cover both a 4K and 7K mapset slot. If one of them is full and the other one isn't, you can only ask for a mod for the slot that is vacant. For example, if the 4K queue is full but there's a slot for the 7K queue, you can ask for a mod for your 4K+7K mapset, but only your 7K mapset will be checked.

More seriously, your mapset will fill three slots, one of each slot. Your 4K charts will be considered one 4K slot, your 7K charts will be considered one 7K slot, and the non-4K/7K charts will be considered one "other keys" slot. And yes, this means that regardless of how many non-4K/7K keymodes you have in your mapset, it will be considered
one slot. For example a 5K+8K+9K mapset will be considered one slot, instead of three.
