Problem Details:
Got a new laptop and it had Windows 10 pre-installed. However the game feels a bit weird as the cursor feels a bit smooth, completely different than when I played osu on Windows 7. The ms is also constantly around 12-16 for the input I'm guessing. Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks
