Hi there. A couple of people I have spoken to, and myself, were experiencing some random frame drops, as well as inconsistent/fluctuating frame times (as seen in the lower right hand side while playing in ms value). This was the case regardless of which build, skin, or in game settings we were using.
After fiddling around a lot, I came across a fix which completely got rid of this, by toggling the "threaded optimization" to off in NVIDIA settings. If you are unaware of how to go about changing this setting, check it out:

That is all. Just hit apply and see if it rectifies the problem for you. One of my friends had this problem in CTB only, and this work around fixed that for him, too.
