The highest Ranked in their state by the end of registration period will be the captain, I will message them personally, and show them the listing of everyone from their state, and their state only, if they have less than 8 others, everyone from their state will be put on their team automatically, though the captain will still be notified if this turns out into being the case._WinRAWR wrote:

Rest-assured, almost every state has enough for at least a 4-player team, the only exception that there may be that i can think of off the top of my head, is Wyoming (Story of my life)- Chitoge - wrote:

its recommended for players to be rank 5000 or above. You COULD technically sign up, but there are many other better qualified players in California so your chances of making the team are near 0 :cDudeman1 wrote:
