As i have no experience with Cup diffs i'll keep this very short.
First of all map is FC'able w/o dashing so that part is as it should be :)
According to this Rule that will most likely pass this pattern is unrankable 00:46:173 (4,1) - Should change it to 1/1 distance before and after the spinner for first note. All the other spinners in the Cup are fine.
[Salad]

Same issue as Cup with the spinner at 00:56:530 (7,1) - And 02:44:208 (4,1) - They need to be 1/1 distance.
I'd suggest making the jumps on the Salad more clear, currently it is quite hard to see if you need to use dash or not on most jumps. Increasing the spacing a little bit will make the map easier to read.
Currently there are only jumps at 1/1 distance, there are a few places during kiai where small jumps on 1/2 would fit the song very well in my opinion.
These places are:
I'd suggest 6 squares on grid size 2 for these jumps

  5. 02:02:065 (3,4,5) - Make this more spaced out.

    The diff is fine difficulty wise, only thing that bothers me is the current lack of movement in the diff, as there are sometimes parts where the player stops altogether (this is fine for the calm parts).

Kirigaya's Cup
  1. 00:13:673 - 00:25:101 - This doesn't need to be a break imo
  2. 00:37:958 (1,2,3) - 00:42:780 (1,2) - 00:45:458 (2,3,4) - Long chains of 1/2's like this can be a bit overwhelming for cup, there are more examples but I'm not gonna point them all out. Go through the map and remove notes similar to the ones mentioned.

Salad
The max combo in Salad is 667 which is a big jump from cup with 374 max combo. I would recommend deleting some notes. I will point out some examples to how you can do it through the map:
  1. 00:15:101 (1) - Remove and add beat 00:15:280 - and 00:15:458 -
  2. 00:16:351 (3) - 00:17:958 (1) - Remove
  3. 00:18:137 (2) - Remove repeat
  4. 00:19:923 (2) - Remove
  5. 01:48:315 - 01:49:387 - This part has more notes in Cup
  6. Go through your map and delete notes similar to the ones mentioned above

Frobe's Platter
  1. Max combo is higher than Rain which is unrankable.

Just had a test play and I found many flaws, which are mainly overmapping. Set the soundeffect volume to 0 and you can easily fine these overmapped part. But I am not good at modding overdose as well ;_;
  1. 01:49:387 (1,2) - Overmap. This part is peace and doesn't need too many sounds. Replace them with a slider is fine.
  2. 01:52:244 (1,2) - merge them as one slider. There is no sense to put a HDash at 01:52:735 - .
  3. 01:55:637 (2,3,4,1) - This pattern can't match the music at all! Remap this part and maybe try to follow the vocal.

It looks fine, but there are a few problems about distances. Sometimes the distance is too wide (especially in anti-flow), and sometimes it's too close (no-movement is awkward in these cases, and some straight sliders can be considered as "too close" as well). You can find distance issues by youself. Just ctrl+H the whole diff and test it as you are playing it for the first time.
  1. 00:01:530 (1,2) - Why HDash? It doesn't match the music, and even the two Overdoses have no HDash at this point as well.
  2. 00:03:405 - too wide. 00:03:315 (3) - x352.
  3. 00:16:173 (4) - too wide, both prev and next, maybe x336.

No, you misunderstood.
A song has its different verses that make up the ebb and flow of the melodies. More clearly, the Chorus (kiai) is contrasting the Verse. In an Overdose diff, of course you can make tricky dashes in chorus part which is the strongest part throughout the song, but in verse part (unkiai) you can't work that way, otherwise, it is overmapping.
The syllogistic logic is:
1.The song itself is a contrast (Verse and Chorus)
2.We map to the song
3.The map needs to have a contrast (Unkiai and Kiai)

Many examples are telling that, even this. Yeah it's a map wild enough, but it's not always wild from beginning to end; it has its peaceful parts due to the peaceful verses.

  1. Feels a bit meaningless to split the names (as Salad, Overdose and Deluge are all made by you), but Salad with '492' included, which is not so appropriate in my opinion. You may just change it to Salad instead.
  2. Real Overdose, it is just the same problem. What about changing it to Overdose instead, it is meaningless to include 'Real', since it is really an Overdose...

    Difficulty Spread
  3. Perhaps you might want to increase the ARs of Cup and Salad to 6 and 7 respectively? The current 1.5 AR gap is a bit large comparing to the gaps among the harder difficulties.
  4. Slider velocity of the Rain is higher than the 2 Overdoses. See if the SVs can change so to show a clear spread.

  5. You may add 'TMNT' as one of the tags, since it is the abbreviation of the Source, 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'. It is also fine to include '2012' since the song is shown in the 2012 TV series of TMNT. Adding 'Nickelodeon' would be fine as well.
  6. Is it necessary to add 'Brobe' in tags? I know it is one of the joke name of the mapper Frobe but it is not widely known so I bet it is better not to add it.

    Combo Colors
  7. The combo colors in Cup and Rain are different from the other difficulties. It is more recommended to unify the combo colors, but I think it is just mistake (probably the difficulties are updated without changing combo colors).

    Length
  8. The Platter ends earlier (2:34) than the other difficulties (2:45). See if it is possible to unify the time length among the difficulties.

    Kiai Time
  9. Similar issue. The Kiai Time usage are not the same among the difficulties. I don't mean it is required to be exactly same, however it feels not appropriate to add Kiai Time like 00:29:387 - in Cup. In fact they can be removed and all difficulties will be having consistent Kiai Time usage.

  1. 00:10:815 (1,1) - Please increase the timeline gap here, at least 2/1 distance, simply a 1/1 gap won't be enough for a beginner to get ready for the upcoming notes. I recommend shortening the spinner to 00:12:244 - OR remove 00:13:315 (1) - . The current one would be too hard for beginners, they may miss the next notes if they were driven away from the spinner, also the BPM is too high so keep in mind about the spinner distance.
  2. 00:35:101 (1,1) - ^. I recommend removing the spinner and map the part with notes. It will be too short to apply a spinner here if you wish to keep at least 2/1 distance.
  3. 00:53:673 (3) - This can be difficult to beginners as the slider velocity is high and the slider slope is too high in gameplay. Consider inclining it a bit more. Actually I don't think changing the SV in beginner difficulties a necessary option, keep in mind that Cup is for beginners, don't try to add gimmicky stuff such as SV adjustments, it will be confusing for beginner players!
  4. 00:56:530 (1,1) - Same as 00:10:815 (1,1) - You may do the same if you did what I suggested.
  5. 01:16:530 (1,2) - I suggest shortening the distance here, it is a little bit large while the two sliders are a bit straight-pointed as well.

  1. 00:03:673 (4,5,1) - I don't think this is a good spot to add dash. It is FC'able without dashing too, so it is recommended to reduce the distance here.
  2. 00:13:494 (6,1) - What about a dash here? It begins pretty well while fitting the audio background.
  3. 00:18:673 (3,1) - If possible, try to add a dash here.
  4. 00:24:744 (4,1) - Add dash? It is the new stanza so maybe a dash would help indicating that.
  5. 00:30:815 (1,2) - This is with dash, which is inconsistent comparing to the previous one 00:25:101 (1,2) - , which has no dash included. Perhaps you want to remove the dash here by reducing its distance.
  6. 00:33:673 (1,2) - The distance here is pretty large, it feels like it needs a dash to go while it is actually FC'able without dashing. Hence it is recommended to reduce such distance to make it clear.
  7. 00:35:101 (3) - Is it necessary to use sliders involving 1/8 ticks? Why not mapping it at white and red ticks? In fact this is a Salad difficulty so it is supposed to have easy patterns and rhythms, mostly not including 1/8 or 1/4 ticks.

  9. 00:55:101 (3,4,5,6,7) - The pattern is fine, but the sliders make this part a bit difficult, as the movements seem timed if the players are not dashing. In fact this part is FC'able without dashing, so why not reducing the distances to ensure it is really not needed for dashing? In my opinion this can help removing ambiguous distances. Additionally, I suggest adding dash at 00:56:173 (6,7) -
  10. 00:59:030 (1,1) - Add a dash? It is to indicate the Kiai Time start, where the song is going to be sounding intense than before.
  11. 01:02:244 (1) - Too high in slider velocity! Please slant the slider a bit.
  12. 01:34:387 (1,2,1) - I see what you tried to do here, however it is very strange when there is a slow slider following a stream. While changing the slider to streamy pattern is not an appropriate solution, what about reworking on the stream 01:34:387 (1,2) - into 1/2 sliders, in my opinion it will do well too if you add dashes between the 2 1/2 sliders and also the long slider, so to indicate the gradual increases of the difficulty you want to stress here.

  3. 00:35:101 (1,2,3) - ^. I don't think the dash at (1,2) is necessary, or actually the whole part doesn't need one since it is a pretty silent part.
  4. 00:53:940 (2,3,1) - Distance of (2,3) is too big and the whole part is ambiguous here, as (3,1) is surely require dashing to FC but (2,3) is not a must. To avoid such problem, what about shortening the distance of (2,3) and keep a dash at (3,1)?

  2. 00:06:887 (3,4,5) - Pattern is fine but the distance of (4,5) can be smaller in my opinion, as the HDash draw players away from the next notes, so a smaller distance at (4,5) can help them catching up. Keep in mind that this is a Rain, so it is mostly great to make jumps easier!
  3. 00:10:458 (1,2,1) - The HDash of (1,2) will include the jump at 00:10:637 (2,1) - as well, which is not so recommended. I suggest moving (2) closer to the right so there is no jump at (2,1) and it plays much better from my perspective.
  4. 00:13:494 (4,1) - HDash? (1) is the new start of stanza, it will be much greater if you add so.
  5. 00:17:958 (2,3) - The jump here is way too hard, please reduce it.
  6. 00:18:673 (4,5,1) - Same as 00:01:530 (1,2,1) -
  7. 00:29:030 (4,1,2,3,4,5) - ^, additionally, this is way too difficult and it feels like an Overdose pattern. Highly recommended to nerf this.
  8. 00:31:887 (4,1,2) - Same as 00:06:887 (3,4,5) - , maybe it is better to change the start, to start with smaller distance then advance to larger distance? To explain more in a detailed way, 00:32:423 (1,2) - is the larger distance while 00:32:780 (3,4) - is the smaller distance. So you can start off by using the smaller distance and the last 2 circles with larger distance.
  9. 00:36:530 (1,2) - The distance between the heads/tails and the reverse circle is too high, it is easy to miss as some players may stand to catch the triplets. You may slant the triplets a bit to make it easier.
  10. 00:42:780 (2,3,4,5,6,1) - This is a bit surprising to see after sliders like 00:41:887 (4,1) - . Also the jumps here are a bit high so it is more advised to shorten the distances of jumps here, or change the whole pattern to a more suitable one.

In fact I just pointed out the ones I find annoying. I will take a look of this later if I have some time.
