General
  1. is there something missing at the end of the map? there are so many green lines, but nothing's mapped.. O:
Easy
  • I like the diff, very neat~ I just disagree with DS of 1.1 >: the objects look kinda glued together
    have you considered using slightly higher DS like 1.2 or 1.3? I feel like that'd match the song better
  1. 00:08:026 (3) - it's the same as 00:04:434 (3) - , which is not a bad thing, but considering the strong vocals that are added here, I'd prefer if it were slightly different. maybe you can try this rhythm? http://puu.sh/l2san.jpg maybe you think it's too hard for an Easy, but I think it's quite suitable..
  2. 00:11:618 (2,3) - hmh. imo a 1/2 slider on 00:12:741 - works better than just a circle. just an alterntaive, ofc
  3. 00:19:701 (3,1) - movemnt is a little uncomfortable ;-; you could try to smoothen it a little by moving (1) elsewhere. example: http://puu.sh/l2ss2.jpg
  4. 00:33:172 (3) - the slidertail is a little offscreen :/ can you move this further up to avoid that? (I don't think it has any effect on the gameplay, but to be on the safe side.. also it'd look better, imo xD)

  1. 00:20:599 (1) - consider changing the rhythm here, the long sliders matched better in the beginning, but the music gets more lively here, so it feels a little out of place. it's, imo, "too less to play", I expected more to click. I'd go with this: http://puu.sh/l2t7Q.jpg
  2. 00:24:191 (1) - similar here. also, there's a pretty strong beat on the second and the third white tick and they shouldn't be ignored, imo. consider shortening the slider and adding two circles on 00:24:865 - and 00:25:089 -
  3. 00:25:987 (3) - same as the first point. the rhythm I suggested before would work here, too, but I'm sure you can come up with another one (in case you want to change anything)
  4. 00:40:356 (2,3,4) - rhythm seems off to me because the strong beats are on the sliderends of (3,4). maybe a different rhythm would work better. example: http://puu.sh/l2tu5.jpg

  1. eeh, is this diff finished yet? the copypasted Kiai part was unexpected. :/ I mean it's fine if you like it that way, but I have to admit it's pretty boring to play the same thing twice, especially if it's in such a sort time..
  2. 00:16:894 - missing a circle here? you mapped hte blue tick before (00:16:333 (2) - ) so leaving this blank sounds off
  3. 00:38:560 (1) - I'd prefer a circle here over the slider because there's no sound that exactly matches the slider (vocals start way before the slider and the next beat is on the next white tick..)
  4. 00:44:622 - there's another beat here, so consider adding another circle? or you might want to try this rhythm: http://puu.sh/l2ucQ.jpg
  5. 00:52:031 (3) - there's nothing on the blue tick, but one on the red tick, so I think shortening this to a 1/2 slider matches the melody slightly better

  5. 00:29:580 (3) - Add a NC since this rhythms are following the drums. It is to acquire consistency with 00:15:435 (1).
  6. 00:57:869 (3,1) - Couldn't feel anything strong at 00:58:318 which worth an emphasis. The current jump feels quite random in that point.

Fixed all from pishi's mod except 00:36:091 (4,5,1,2,3,4) - following constantly offbeat vocals sounds so awkward but i dunno what would sound better ugh guhgug ughugh I really like to follow vocals on lower diffs, i won't change it for now, but if someone more complain i might change it idk D:

EDIT: Fixed almost everything from Sonnyc's mod except two things on hard, 00:57:869 (3,1) - Couldn't feel anything strong at 00:58:318 which worth an emphasis. The current jump feels quite random in that point. Imo, the vocals are very strong at this part, so i'll stay with the jump.

00:29:131 - Personally disappointed with the fact that this strong object being ignored. Following the vocals D:

  1. The spinner at the end is excessively long, and will be tiring for some players - especially in the case of Easy difficulty. I also think it fits the song better if you just remove the spinner and end on the last note of the kiai section.

  1. 00:13:414 (1) - The whistle at the end doesn't seem to fit with the hitsound pattern used with the previous iterations of this phrase at 00:02:638 (1) and 00:06:230 (1)
  2. 00:15:210 (3) - I think it would be nice to use drum sampleset with soft additions here to highlight the drums.
  3. 00:18:803 (2) - Remove whistle from end.
  4. 00:20:599 (1) - Add whistle on head?
  5. 00:25:987 (3) - Same as above.

  2. 00:20:599 (1) - Why is there a red node on the repeat? I'm not sure what difference that makes, but you should probably make it a white node.
  3. 00:31:376 (1) - This is way outside the grid, and comes close to touching the edge of the screen. If possible, try moving it more to the left, starting with the objects at 00:24:191
  4. 00:35:866 (3,4,1) - This rhythm is really awkward to play. I know it follows the vocals, but skipping beat four makes it feel very empty without the clap. I think this will be a more appropriate rhythm: Image It will also help to give emphasis on the downbeat with a circle rather than a weak slider end, espcially if you stack the circle on the head of the next slider like so: Image
  5. 00:37:887 (4,5) - I think this will be better as a 1/2 beat slider to help emphasize the repeated offbeat vocals.

Well I didn't wanted to mod nothing before my exams, so here it is. Just few quick suggestions from me~

  1. Unrankable issues
  2. My opinion which I highly recommend changing it
  3. Small suggestions/Nazi

[General]
  1. Disable widescreen support on Easy and Normal for unification of option.
  2. Why not add 'X-mas' to the tags? Some people may search beatmaps using this keyword.
[Easy]
  1. Mostly hitsound suggestions, the pattern and flow looks good already.
  2. 00:18:803 (2) - Honestly I don't see what is the whistle at the tail of this slider is following. It kinda feels out of place compared to other upbeats... Well it is not a problem if this was following something at least.
  3. 00:22:395 (3,2) - A really, really, minor thing. Since you didn't have this kinds of 'just-a-bit-touching overlaps' in the whole map after this, you may want to re-arrange the pattern to avoid that. And yes, it is visible in play mode due to the AR.
  4. 00:25:987 (3) - Possibly you could add a whistle onto the head of this slider as the vocal is strong here.
  5. 00:29:580 (3) - You've coulda used drum sampleset on the repeat of this slider as well as it is in the same drumroll like the head and the tail.
  6. 00:43:949 (3) - Similar to what you've did at 00:29:580 (3) - , you should try to use drum sampleset on the head and the tail(possibly also the repeat if you are taking my suggestion at 00:29:580 (3) - ) for consistency and to emphasize the drumrolls.
  7. And so on with the 'add whistle' or 'use this' w/e. Just sharing my opinion, I feel the whistles could have been better emphasized if they were just placed every big white ticks in the kiai, but what you have did right now is also fine.

  1. 00:29:580 (4,5) - You know, I feel that two 1/1 sliders aren't enough to emphasize the drumroll in the background properly... Just my opinion on this, but you may want to add a circle on the missing red ticks to emphasize the drumrolls. Or at least just the first red tick to avoid a long chain of 1/2 notes.
  2. 00:34:968 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - Damn all these notes are hard to follow when the previous notes were all on the beat :o I can see that you are trying to follow here, but this may just throw beginners off as almost none of the notes here are actually on beat :/ I can't think of an example if you insist on following the vocals though... I would just make 00:37:887 (3,4) - these 2 a 1/2 repeated slider which starts at 00:37:662 - .
  3. Well just saying, is changing up the NC patterning at kiai allowed? I didn't know that was possible :o
[Hard]
  1. 00:45:520 - It feels weird to have the drumrolls here unmapped when 00:43:949 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - these did map it out. Just saying for the consistency's sake.
  2. Other than that, looks all good :D By far this is the best difficulty out of them all lols

I think this will be a more appropriate rhythm: Image It will also help to give emphasis on the downbeat with a circle rather than a weak slider end, espcially if you stack the circle on the head of the next slider like so: Image Changed the rhythm, but didn't use your example.
  5. 00:37:887 (4,5) - I think this will be better as a 1/2 beat slider to help emphasize the repeated offbeat vocals.
  6. Some of the hitsound suggestions for Easy may apply here. Make sure to check.

I fell that this isn't needed, just two 1/¹ are fine.

  1. 00:18:354 (3,5) - This overlap looks untidy for me. It makes section 00:17:007 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - getting very dense in terms of placements . You may need to avoid it if it comes to my suggestion
  2. 00:30:253 - As a build-up before the rhythm changed, it sounds good to have a circle here to help 00:29:580 (4,5) - complete the rhythm spread

  2. 00:56:522(1)- If you listen carefully the music,you will see that the strong beat is on 00:57:420- and not on 00:57:195- and also the vocals are extending a bit to 00:57:420- when there the vocals are finishing with 'know' lyric there and instead so it will feel more natural if you will move the slider's end to 00:57:420- where's the strong beat to emphasize it instead leaving it empty which mean that you have to snap the 3/2 slider to a 2/1 slider

01:25:259 (1) - maybe this is just me, but I found the jutting out of 1 when transitioned from 3, to look terrible. I would suggest rotating 01:25:259 (1,2) so that it follows 3's linear line
01:27:056 (3) - move to the left and up a bit so that 2's end looks like it forms a line with the first half of 3

Normal:
