1. Keine sorge, es werden keine Beatmaps einfach gelöscht nur weil der Song bereits von anderen gemapped wurde. Der einzige Grund der mir einfallen würde wäre, wenn jemand vorsetzlich die Beatmaps von anderen Mappern 1:1 kopieren und als ihre eigene Ausgeben würden (Wobei ich mir nichtmals sicher bin ob sie dann überhaupt gelöscht wird).
Der Einzige Grund für Beatmap löschungen den ich bisher erlebt habe, war die Manuelle Aufforderung von Konami, ihre SDVX Songs zu entfernen.
2. Generell werden Beatmap änderungen in Form von Mods durch andere Spieler vorgeschlagen und sind rein freiwillig. Verfolge dafür lieber einfach deinen Beatmap Thread sobald du eine Map uploaded hast.

"At least two difficulties per song; more difficulties are highly recommended, especially if one of them is rated with 4 or more difficulty stars (in the song selection screen). It is very preferable that you include an easier version with 3 or less stars. There are a lot of players who are not so skilled at rhythm games - and this is one of the more difficult ones to get used to, so we should look at providing beatmaps which are passable even for beginners!"
