Those multiple rebounding sliders on ASH's part irk me. So fast and hard to tell how many rebounds.
Other than that, everything seems good.

*You could save some space by ripping the audio from the video, but it's not that important if you don't.
*Perhaps add "collaboration" to tags?
*Doomsday changed his name, so you might as well add the non-93 version to tags as well. :p
*I wish the names in the SB weren't so flat.. =x
*Adding the included mashup songs/artists to the tags would probably be a bit much, wouldn't it? :C
*A bit of a difficulty jump from Normal to Insane Hard. o-o;
*Offset could maaaybe use a -5.

[Easy]
01:24:767 (1) - A bit hard to hit this in time with the silence beforehand. Perhaps make 1,2 a slider to make this easier?
02:09:844 (2) - Offbeat will probably be a bit unpredictable, so how about doing something like:

02:30:459 (1) - the sliderticks sound strange with the vocals. How about starting this on the next white tick and shortening it?

02:21:690 (1) - ^

02:02:613 (1,2,3,4) - Even in the hardest difficulty, these are completely unexpected 1/3 beats. I suggest making these sliders or something.
02:21:690 (1,2,3,4,1) - That will definitely break some combos. :v

EDIT: I knew I wasn't crazy... the video offset isn't the same for all three diffs. [Hard] uses -1217 while the others use 0. -1217 feels a bit early when watching some parts, so something like -1000 might work better.
