I know this is off topic but
you know how some people are able to snapshot their replays on osu?
Well, what certain buttons do i have to press in order to uhhh
how should i say it
upload to youtube...
have any idea? plz let me know!!! =)

There is nothing in game that turn's replays into videos you can save. You have to use a program to record your screen while you are playing or watching a replay.
There was an osu!record website that you could upload an .osr file and it would upload it to your channel for you, but its not working now AFAIK. Hopefully Darkimmortal fixes it soon.

You can export replays(.osr files) via pressing F2 in the resultscreen.
You can always watch replays of your local scores by clicking on the respective score in your local rankings and click "Watch Replay" there.

I use Camtasia Studio to record my replays, or whatever I feel like to put on youtube when I want to share something, mostly with my non players friends on facebook.
