leme make an insane

some SB suggestions
00:18:149 - for ur falling star thingy at the start, you should let the stars rotate to make it more dynamic alo you can try moving it along the x plane too.
01:11:833 - for the shooting star thing here a couple of things you can do.
1. make it rotate slowly as it fades out and put it on a curved path. you can do this 2 ways.
-use some function of time like x^2 or something like that
-play with the easing values as you do move the x and y seperately. (easier option imo)
2. if you want the 3d effect it should get shorter as it fades away. and vice versa. to do this you will have to reorientate the meteor sprite to be horizontal and then use scaleX or scaleY.
01:24:465 - maybe fade the screen to white here. or something
01:27:228 - the bg fades in too early, you should give a flash effect here. and have the bg fade in only AFTER the kiai starts. (check my melt map around the kiai starts if you want reference)
02:29:229 - tbh if you're using SGL you can just do the stars individually and stuff, more options that way but i guess this looks okay too.
02:30:386 - the bg fades in too quickly. try using an easing value that makes it faster towards the end (i forgot if that was 1 or 2)
03:27:623 - the big star should shrink as it fades out. also again you can make it rotate.

I lost the SGL program save file, so I might reSB the particle effects like stars and stuff. This project might go real slow, but you can make an insane (it will just be slow and no due date yet)

After full month of lazying around for this map, I finally replenished my motivation to further work on this map. Also, just received Sc4's GD.

hi, as your request, noob mod here

you only made a easiest diff and another 3 harder diff are all GD??

all 5 combo color too light, try to let 2 or 3 of them become a little darker?

check break in all diff, i think it can be the same, start and end in the same place

OD2 maybe more suitable for a easy diff? really light and soft song with only 76bpm

use slider tick rate 2 to instead 1?

from start to 00:33:939 - this part, you need a little more work in hitsound, i can only hear soft hitnormal this part, try to set soft whistle in some piano music? or this part maybe a little monotone befcause hardly undulate with no other hitsound. and the other diff are the same opinion

These are definitely small things, I enjoyed playing this map diff.

00:45:781 (4,1) - I don't think these are exactly parallel.

01:03:939 (2,3,4,5) - This isn't a perfect square, 5 is just a bit too far to the right.

02:23:281 - A spinner here would be nice, I think.

03:08:676 (1) - An extended slider might fit well here, I feel like those three spinners were kind of close to each other.

[Normal]

Wow. This looks really good. Like. Wow. Specifically, I love the flow of the entire song, it fits the beat extremely well, and the doubles fit perfectly.

[Hard]

00:30:583 (7) - That little guy is just a hair lower than 5.

00:44:597 (5) - I'd start a new combo here -- it'll make the underneath note easier to see too.

00:47:755 (4) - Same here ^^

00:52:688 (8,1) - Like that. I like that a lot more than the doubles of the same color, and it feels better when playing it too.

01:14:596 (7) - I like the slider, but I feel like the next note comes too soon, start yellow combo with note 2?

01:39:661 (8,1) - I don't like how fast that ends and goes into the next note at all.

I seriously enjoyed played this, I love jumpy maps, and the mix up in the rhythms was great to play through and listen to. Pretty sure most of the stuff I posted about are little preferences.

I seriously enjoyed played this, I love jumpy maps, and the mix up in the rhythms was great to play through and listen to. Pretty sure most of the stuff I posted about are little preferences. XD

- BPM should be doubled, since normal and hard diffs have their notes mapped on the blue tick. (you don't have to change if don't feel like it, there's not much difference anyway.) I had this map with double BPM previously, but Kibbleru suggested that 76BPM fits better. Well the whole map has been mapped double BPM anyways.. I'll try asking other's too about it

00:29:991 (2) - Can you curve this one? I have a hunch that you intended to have a straight one here but it might become better if you curve it, up to you though. Yes!
00:34:728 - Map this note, maybe? Following vocal there~
00:41:044 (3) - For me, it doesn't look symmetrical with 00:39:860 (1) I changed something there to look better!
00:58:610 (4) - Move this to a white tick earlier, since it's on the blue tick. For rhythm, the current one is better although it feels weird as finish is in between those ticks ;_;
01:20:518 (3) - Maybe you can blanket this one better? I un-blanketted even more it instead XD
02:16:965 (4) - Please shorten this slider so it ends on the white tick. Finish is on the blue tick ;_;

I had to say something about this. Doubling the BPM will make the snares land at the places which aren't upbeats, which is musically wrong. Besides, snares for this song lands at every upbeat anyway.

00:38:281 (2) - This note is almost off my screen tbh. In play mode it is not off-screen so it is fine.
01:02:360 (1,2) - Can you blanket this somehow? It doesn't feel symmetrical when I'm playing it. Huh? But it is already blanketed ;-;
01:14:991 (1) - You can move up this slider a little bit to make it look symmetrical with 01:14:202 (3) , up to you though. Just a little bit of off-symmetry doesn't really matter, unless it is critically bad.
02:36:505 (5) - I think it should be on the white tick, I can see that you are following the rhythm in the song but it's really hard to read here since most of the player will interpret as a downbeat. There is no definite sound or beat which is present at that upbeat(it is not downbeat lol), so mapping that upbeat to be clickable will not make much sense than following the instrument in the background.

For Normal and Hard
In some parts of the song, somehow the sv in Hard are slower or just barely faster than normal e.g. 00:18:149 - 02:30:781
Well you could lower sv in Normal or increase sv in Hard, it's up to you. I'm mentioning this here because I see that they were coming from different GDs.
I also disagree to this. At the beginning of hard, moph used 0.8x slider velocity, which of course making the sliders look like it is having almost the same speed like in my difficulty. Well this is totally fine, considering the mood of the song in that part.
